Orifice Tube Replacement

Nice job Dennis but I'm aggravated. My 2005 Buick Century has the orifice tube on the firewall under the vacuum booster. The factory service manual says to remove coolant lines, fuel lines, disconnect the brake push rod from the brake pedal and pull out the booster. Tons of labor and so far the booster doesn't have enough room to pull forward and get out. This is BS!

What is the white tool you used to remove the line before removing the orifice tube

You could have shut that Jet Engine down beside you there. Hanyy

Where is the orifice tube located on a 2012 Chrysler 200 3.6l v6? I've replaced the compressor, recharged the system, checked the entire system for leaks with dye, etc and still the AC blows warm/hot air. Only thing I can think of now is orifice tube/expansion valve.

So WHY is the orifice tube you compare, NOT the same one you pulled out? The one you pulled out doesn't look ANYTHING like the one you claim is old. It looked closer to the one your replacing it with. You think we are all blind? Look at the tube a 1:00 min and then when you have them side by side at 1:05-1:07.

01 ford mustang 3.8L v6 i've replaced the ac cluth and assembly ac still don't work put 40lbs of freon in the system still don't work I'm at a lose, how do you tell if it's a clogged Orfice tube or a bad compressor and do i have to be certified to do the Orfice tube tubes are fairly cheap I think the car's got at least 200k on milage so I'm sure it's time to replace friend trouble shot car he mentioned something was acting like it's clogged that might have ben what he was talking about where do i buy this stuff

I guess that vehicle has two orfice tubes cause the first one he took off didn't looks nearly as dirty as the second one he was showing the first one was quite clear and the second one was black if you gonna lie on a video do it right
