You should rename this video, a drive down OBT in Orlando Florida. This isn’t the worst hood in Orlando. You don’t want to drive through Orlando hoods anyway. Not safe. Im a native Floridian by the way. 🤍

I lived off OBT and Lancaster for many years. The further north on OBT you go and the closer you get to the numbered streets it gets a little rougher.

I was raised in a small town next to Orlando. OBT was always the place the seedy people recreated. Back in the 80s, OBT, Church Street, Paramore were pretty bad.

Holy shit!!! My house is just behind this mall!!!! Lol Thr neighborhood is SkyLake. It's a good decent middle class neighborhood. Great old brick homes. Very well established neighborhood from the 50s. ALOT of Cubans!!!!

I was born in Miami in 1976, when I was one year old my family moved to Los Angeles and we've been here ever since. we moved here the same weekend starwars first opened and my parents fell in love with the place. what was supposed to be a quick LA stop for a medical examination by specialists a UCLA turned into my families new life. the parents never once looked back. we are just as diveresed as Orlando and we all more or less get along. there is a lot of mutual repect among the countless cultures here.

I used to stay on north obt up the road I can say some rough parts back then some parks burned down some closed so rough but palms and kaley ave rough

I lived on O.B.T between 1989- 1994. Wasn't too bad then. I herd it's off the charts now. Moved to Philadelphia in 2000 and it's just as bad if not worse.

If you ever want to find the hood, look for church's chicken.

Remember visiting Orlando in 2009 with family from St Louis Missouri just to get away from the snow

Check out the 711 down on the trail and 39th. They have eye in the paring lot. When I was armed security working the trail. I’d take my break over there . On the way to the next complex.

Use to live in Sanford and use to go to gogo's flash dancers on obt back in earlie 010's then Oakridge to el mezcal mexican club. Tijuanas etc love obt because its full of life.

Looks rough , must be near the burnt done Champs . Where they had the riots back couple yrs ago.. Damn GPS took us through there last yr . Lol. Interesting to say the least .

I’ve lived in Orlando my whole life and live walking distance from OBT. In my opinion Gore street and that area are kinda bad.

I grew up in Chicago been going to Orlando for 40 years you missed the hay day of OBT the 90s there was a strip club on just about every corner they would put the girls out front in Lingerie nd bikinis to wave people in. If you were looking for working girls there usually is a ton near The Florida mall. I use OBT all the time to go to the northern burbs of Orlando it is faster than using I4. No one ever really bothered me maybe just asking for money at the 7-11s it looks worse but maybe I am just lucky.

Bruh‼️I'm from NY, lived in ChiTown, and lived in Orlando...Pine Hills aka CrimeHillz....then bought a house off Mercy Drive aka Murdah Drive...Lake Lawne Shore next to Pepper Tree Apartments. I know OBT....and all different hoods in Orlando. Lots of CrackHeadz n Prostitution on OBT.

I'm been living for 13 years at Skylake, NEVER had any vandalism problems, shooting, not even noisy. OBT yes going to I4 is another story, i think u start from the wrong point. ( also obt is like newyork, worcester streets) every where is going to be bad Roads

That place is garbage, 518 n OBT , b building in the back. My husband had a gun towards his head the 2nd day we were there. We begged for the boards to go back up because of the knocking on windows, I was raped, they have sexual predators there, we were sent thru the Samaritan house, shame on them. They will be having a law suit against them. They let us down miserably! Good luck to everyone there, God bless, but get out !! ASAP!!!!

Sounds like bad service rather than "real racism" 🤣🤣. If that's real racism to you then I hate to see what actual racism to you feel like. I enjoyed the drive though. As someone who lived in Orlando for years (Originally from PA, but now living in NC) I must say they cleaned Orlando up alot, even OBT. It's nothing like it was 10-15 years ago. I go back to Orlando often and you can feel the hate, the atmosphere changed alot. I also believe she's trying to say "oh ko ee" aka ocoee.
