@@JesusismyRock773he behaved like an uncared for child, no discipline or respect for others. Where were his parents or guardian? Cute little boy? Yes. Neglected? Yes.
@@JesusismyRock773 So, you think it's cute to torment an animal?!! What is wrong with you?!! He stayed up there kept getting near the horse and backing away and he slapped the horse behind the guard's boot!! he did this twice!!! before that he was lurking behind the building waiting for a chance to pounce on that poor horse!! These are working horses, they are not cute toys he's lucky the horse didn't bite him!! Are you the boy's Mother or his Father?!!
Ormonde DID threaten to kick as a reaction to the child. Buska is right; never leave a small child unattended around a horse that size. I'm amazed at the sheer stupidity of parents who shove their kids in biting range or put a pushchair right under the horses nose.
IMHO, whoever took his picture, after hiding and swiping at the horse, is responsible for putting that kid, possibly the guard and horse in danger. The kid could have been kicked if closer, the horse could have been spooked, horse and guard may have come out of the box, as the kid was walking away. Could have been very ugly. Good observation Buska
0:47 - I believe she is the mother, or someone he's with, as he interacts with her. Regardless, whomever raised this kid, raised a total brat! Ormonde was ready to kick him because he was irritating him, skulking around until his next chance to bother him.
Ormonde radiates a "Leave me alone" vibe. The kid in the red shirt -- "I'm not getting any closer" The other kid was annoying; I don't blame Ormonde for trying to kick him!
For the life of me I can’t figure out why people have to put themselves next to the horse and in the pictures. Take a picture of the guard/horse and move on.
The horse wasn't trying to kick the kid, horses do that when they have something irritating them underneath like flies. The kids touch was like a fly bugging him!
Yes the parents are at fault for putting their son in danger. Was he deliberately tormenting the horse? No I don't think so. He wanted to touch Ormonde but has no idea how to interact with horses so his touch was annoying and in the wrong place. Ormonde waved his leg in a warning. Horses are usually incredibly forgiving with children.
Never approach a horse, or any animal for that matter, from that angle and touch it. You will be kicked/bitten/scratched. Parents control your children! These horses are highly trained as are the Kings Guard. They are there to do a job not for people to come along and mess with the. Don't touch them, stand at a safe distance, take the photo, leave. Why is that so hard for people to do??????
Over dramatisation to the horse raising a hind hoof. Just flicking off a fly tickle, not a kick. Tourist selfishness and stupidity will eventually result in Horse Guards being behind barriers.
Too much is being made of the kid. Yes, an adult should have been keeping a closer eye on him, and he was very small to be near such a large mount, but he was watchful and cautious, and (- Sorry to disappoint the narrator!) he came to no harm, and without him, the day's footage would have been unprofitably uneventful, wouldn't it, BUSKA? - and you would have to have invented some other eye-catching, but misleading caption, wouldn't you?
Have you met Ormonde? He's floats like a butterfly and stings like a be those who creep up on his flanks. The kid was lucky the Guard was keeping him on a tight reign; otherwise it would have been nip nip from Ormonde and squeal squeal from the kid.
All of you who left comments about the little boy are just bigots. Pure and simple. He is adorable so leave him alone!!! He did nothing wrong. Some people just like to cause shit.
