Oh that’s a shame. I suppose it depends on what you want. I love mine. Cheap and cheerful and does what it is supposed to do just like the more expensive ones. Look my other video and it shows what the footage is like.

Thank you. No you do not need to do anything it records automatically. You can check for reassurance though-you should have a red flashing icon on top right of screen.
I've rigged mine up to my car via the cigarette lighter... it turns on fine when the car starts(front and rear).... Then seems to turn off after a few minutes.... was doing the same when i was charging it in the house.... am i doing something wrong?.... It does seem to get really hot when connected!... TIA.
everytime i turn mine on it says to insert a sd card even tho i have one in it already. i always have to push the card out and back inside and hit record... annoying
Another check. The website says this dashcamera Supports high-endurance micro SD memory cards up to 32GB in memory size.32GB SD Card(C10). If you use the memory card that came with camera and your still having problems reach out to the company you purchased from or email customer service(service@orskey.com). Worth a try!!!! because what you’re having to do at the moment is a right pain.
