counter-opinion, it looks to busy to me. Then again I come from the flash game generation.

The game is most likely obscure for non-Europeans / people who don't play physical board games. While being one of the most known board games, up there with Settlers of Catan. The current box art for Carcassonne boasts 12+ million copies sold, which is not nothing when compared to indie video game sales, and considering that a copy is played by 2-5 people. Diablo 3, for comparison, apparently has around 15 million units sold. But there's not thousands of videos on RU-vid or live streams showing playthroughs of Carcassonne...

@@danielwebb8982 I guess it might depend on interests and how you categorize things, but I'd only call a game "super well known" if you could ask any random person and have a good chance they've heard of it, and maybe even know how to play or at least know roughly what it looks like. Things like Monopoly, Scrabble, Risk. Below that is the same, but limited to board game people. Some chance outsiders will have heard the name, but nothing more. I have been hearing of a game called "Settlers of Catan" in youtube comments occasionally for the past couple years. Never seen or heard it in real life though. Maybe this calzone game belongs here and this is just my first time hearing of it. Maybe it'll make sense with a music comparison. If I say "Insane Clown Posse," hardly anyone has heard the name. Most of the rest only know them from the "fuckin magnets, how do they work?" meme - admittedly not the high point of their career. Then you have the tiny fraction of people who have actually listened to their music. Yet they are one of the biggest "underground" music acts in the US.

I love him but some videos are unwatchable because of this. He's always so sure he's pulling genius level moves and they are actually dumb as hell lol.not every video though.

The whole point is that you’re able to build castles in different ways though. You can make massive ones who’s walls encompass your entire city/village, or you can make a little keep out of just a couple walls. Really fun and if every castle looked the same it would be boring

Splatty doesn't really do series. Also this is just a demo, there's really not much there yet. Maybe when the full game drops...

Tito Rigatoni that’s kinda what I mean man. He also does do series. My favorite are that long ass zombie survival one, I rewatch deadbolt every couple of months, the mars colonizing game, and his stalker and that arctic survival game too
