He lives in the memory of the characters well enough. There's at least 2-3 obligatory Oshino references per novel. And then there's Koimonogatari, which has like 15-20 of them.

Imagine a character that just appeared for 10% of the show still has good development & a fans (also a "fan" = Ougi as his niece LOL). He's my second most favorite character after Shinobu.

i really love this scene because oshino doesnt elaborate on accepting Ougi as his niece, he knew Araragi wouldnt let her die and he decided to act like she always were part of his family without explaining, just saying is enough

@@bojngsrll8644yep, it’s been explained in one of the light novels that hasn’t been translated yet iirc. I think maybe it was explained in Yoimonogatari. Though I found out about it on the Japanese side of RU-vid, in a video explaining the curses of all the specialists according to the untranslated LN.
Nisio Isin used Meme Oshino,who disappered after Bakemonogatari,to solve this problem by calling Ougi Oshino as his "niece". Anticlimatic,yet satisfying. The typical Nisio Isin.
I was kinda mad to koyomi because I know he can't kill anyone and then he died when he confront " ougi " oh wait i mean " save " , i thought gaen miss something and I assume oshino meme will not make it back to japan but i guess she isn't miss anything, she know hanekawa will bring the oshino meme back and save the day once again But Damn, i didn't expect hanekawa bring him back.
