This was such a great yoga routine! I've never done the chair pose with my leg crossed over the other one before and I totally nailed it!!! Love balance poses! Thank you, Dr. Lisa, for posting these! Thanks so much. I attend Yoga with friends on Mondays and I am the only one with osteoporosis. Now I can safely do alternative poses. I will be doing these routines at home too for sure.

Whoa I finally had the chance to do it, thanks Doc ,I know and realized how I need more work on my balance, the figure 4 was quite a challenge can’t do it long, glad that you have an alternative move for that too. I have to say this yoga showed me lots of my weaknesses and I will go back to this yoga routine again. Thanks a lot for your constant reminders Doc .❤❤❤❤

Yes, done correctly down-dog can be osteoporosis friendly. Some people don't quite have the range of motion to do it safely though. I will do another videos and include DD the usual way and with a variation using a chair.
