I just tried mine for the first time and it was a seamless setup and is lightning fast! Of all the similar products out there I feel like I picked the right one right off the hop!
Hey thanks for this detailed review. Can you comment on input lag when you are chasing tracks and play/pause with the steering wheel buttons. It's a well know issues with old devices like these that there is a 1 to 2 seconds delays in audio.
Nice, I've thought about getting a wireless adapter but my wife and I share a car, and often when I connect to andoird auto, it prompts me to switch the Bluetooth to my phone because hers is already connected. My concern would be that we would be fighting with who is connected. We both have smart watches so we leave our Bluetooth on all the time. The other thing I've wondered is how much battery it sucks, maybe it should be plugged in anyway? Maybe 2 video ideas?
Yeah if you share a car I could see that being an issue. Honestly I don't know how that problem would be solved. It'll just be a mystery on who gets to control the music every time I suppose 😂. I didn't mention this because it's more just a crazypostman problem instead of anything wrong with this unit but my USB outlet stays powered all the time so that causes havoc when the car is in my driveway because it continuously tries to connect to the Android Auto outside even while I'm in my house. This has happened with all three wireless Android autos adapters I have reviewed, so it's not a problem with this unit It's a Hyundai problem.
Hi. O bought one of that, but didn't receive yet. I use an Android Galaxy S23 Ultra device but in my Android Auto settings I couldn't find that switch to turn wireless Android Auto on. I wonder if the app does not have that anymore on settings. Do you know something about it? Thanks.
worked the first time i connected. now its connecting, but only with sound, the screen stays black. sometimes the start screen comes up. and it works. very bad product.
