Yes!! The video didn’t drop yesterday and I was afraid you decided to stop making these. Glad I was wrong! I always look forward to these highlights! Honestly, I’d still like to see videos after a loss too! lol
@@ChiefShelby Right? Maybe don’t make one for the TCU and Texass games last year. Haha! But I would have loved one for the Cheez-It Bowl! There’s usually something awesome that happens in losses too! I think of stuff like Kyler’s long TD run against Texass in 2018!
Gabriel looked much more decisive and solid, this Lebby offense is something else. On that Freeman punt return, there's just something so wholesome about him and Sam celebrating at the 5. Tawee runs with the power and vision Dre had, I hope he takes the next step and starts to make people miss. What the hell happened to Stogner? It's been said, but if this team wants to go to the heights that's possible, they will have to figure out a way to get more pressure on QBs. I'll take two Ronnie Perkins please. Also, the death of good OU receivers has been greatly exaggerated. This team is already better than any TEBOW team outside 2018, when ole Lincoln showed everyone his clutch time choke gene. This Arnold cat looks like the real deal, even celebrated OU on his first TD. Outside of Baker and OU legend Jalen Hurts, TEBOW QBs didn't give a shit about the university. Huge respect for Brent to grapple with his lovely wife having a very aggressive cancer, and yet the team doesn't skip a beat. Takes a real man to keep his struggles to himself and not let them weigh those around them down. I hope/pray for a quick remission.
Alot of this was posited by Gabe (Ikard) and Teddy (Lehman) on the Gameday show on ESPN+; they both felt like last year DG was playing conservatively because he knew what would happen if he got injured (which happened anyway). After he got injured and returned it was amplified. He doesn't have to worry about that so much now after seeing Jackson play some snaps. That kid is him.
The QB was pressured like every play wdym? Their game plan was to get the ball out of his hands as quick as possible so they could AVOID being sacked. Let’s see what happens when we play SMU and then I’m sure we’ll get a better idea of how good this D-line is
Before watching this highlight, I'd like to say thank you for your time to bring us weekly highlights. I don't know how many seasons I've had the pleasure of watching under my belt from you. Thanks from all of us. BOOMER....
You are the freaking man. I’m very glad to have you back for another season of posting these games. I work on Saturday’s so I can’t watch the games live so it’s awesome to have somebody post these on RU-vid to watch later.
According to Kanak they played very vanilla especially on the defense which is why there wasn’t the most amount of pressure, like they didn’t blitz at all. Even then they were still applying pressure with 4 d-linemen vs 7-8 o-lineman. The playbook itself was bland today so I wonder how it’ll be when they actually do some cool plays on defense
The receivers all look good, props to Gibson on his receptions. So Jackson Arnold has a little of the, did anybody think Belldozer in him ?????? The offensive line played good and the defense also showed up big. Unfortunately there has to be a little shade and that is the opponents will get tougher. Good video you got Freeman's punt turn in the highlights props to you.
It’s one game, but this isn’t the same OU team I seen last year. There is some serious speed on this OU team. You got a couple really fast guys, and a couple more freaking speed burners. OU needs to get better on DL. I believe that will be fixed as we go into the SEC next year. OL looked in sync. QB’s and RB’s are very good. I seen some flexing and taunting-type crap, and I think Venables did too. That will stop. Celebrating with your teammates, ok. Get to your own sideline and do it. It’s one game.
