Caleb Williams continues to show how electric he can be. It was good to see Rattler again though and I’m glad he got a positive response from the crowd when he first came in
As embarrassed as I was when the "We want Caleb chants" were happening, I was equally proud of the response Rattler got from the crowd. Lincoln has managed that situation amazingly. We may need Spencer at some point and it's important to keep him plugged in and ready.
Glad Rattler got a chance to play yesterday. Croud went wild when Rattler got on the field! Mims, Caleb, Stoops, everyone did so much better then last week!
I was at the game yesterday but I always watch your highlights. I just came to say that the crowd really did go wild when Rattler went in and chanted “Let’s go Rattler” the entire time he was on the field.
@@MrMgage13 if I’m being honest I think nobody wants him to leave. If Williams gets hurt our back up without him is a walk on. But he needs to do what is going to be best for HIS future and that may be transferring. I am confident Rattler will do well in the NFL.
I think Riley is going to have to use major a lot more in the final 3 weeks. Super fresh and ready to go from what I saw against tech. Besides the fumble that went out of bounds.
sadly, we probably won't see him much because Riley is very loyal to certain players and he doesn't put the needs of the team first--just look at the spencer rattler/caleb example--he's very stubborn
Favorite game so far this season!!! Loved Williams/receivers. Defense much improved. And that ovation for Rattler was awesome. Thanks Mr. Macintosh. Happy Halloween!!
Finally a close to complete game it’s crazy what happens when you get your starters back. It’s almost like a normal team struggles missing 5 starters that are playmakers. Boomer Sooner! The only 9-0 team in the nation!
@@cryhwks Yep. It's sad that it took a close game with Kansas to get our guys preparing and practicing the way they should. However, I'm not complaining because we're 9-0 and I think the defense has finally realized what it takes to be the kind of defense they're capable of being!
once again I waited w/ abated breath the high quality and well edited highlight video of the TT game and once more again Mr. Mac cam through for the nation like clock work - much obliged. Now w/ this game out of the way, we are going to face three quality opponents which will decide if we are FBS playoffs bound ... i.e. Baylor, ISU and OSU at Stillwater. The bye week could not have been more god-sent. Boomer!
Two things: 1) Drake Stoops must have a high rate of first down catches. He's consistently a great option to progress the chains. 2) Worst hit of the game at 6:05?
So it was the O-line at the beginning of the season. That long TD pass Spencer throw. He had all the time to throw that and make the decision. Spencer is a good QB.
Is it really funny: Alabama did not play this past Saturday, with it's one loss leaped frog OU last week in the coaches poll, alabama was ahead by only 9 points, this week alabama lead is up to 30 points.
Man, if Major can stay on the field that dude is something special…… I really feel like Oklahoma is wasting the time they have with him!! Man, that kid really makes pads POP! Marcus Major will play on Sunday’s for someone guaranteed!! Marcus, if you’re reading this I’m absolutely one of your biggest fans and please keep running as strong and hard as you do!!
I think OU has the best QB in the nation, and the best backup in the nation too. I’m not so sure they don’t have the top 2 QB’s in the nation. Both will play in the NFL. You put Rattler behind a really good oline, and he balls out. You can put Caleb Williams behind any oline, and he balls out.
He literally just became eligible. It's way too risky to throw a guy out there when they haven't had any real playing time. from a ball security stand point.
@@guitfiddler22 He's been eligible since Texas I believe, I think we see him get more carries against Baylor, especially if we can't get Kennedy or Eric going.
Literally everybody: "We need to play Marcus Major more!" He's been academically ineligible, people. You can't risk throwing a guy that hasn't played at all out there. That's when you get fumbles and take aways; you put those dudes in when you're way ahead to get them game reps. Example: he had 2-3 fumbles that thankfully went out of bounds. You can't risk that when you're winning most games by 1 score. Also, if you can't keep your grades up, you don't automatically jump in front of the 2 guys that can. We have the smartest coach in the country and our fans act like it's his first time.
