Yes. Their friendship and trust has grown so much. Emma sees Regina can conquer the darkness and trust Regina to do the right thing even if its not a Hero move thats needed
Hey, I've been re watching the series and Emma has the same dress as Regina back in season 2 when she was almost executed by Snow and Charming in the enchanted forest ! Loved that they re-used it
Snow holds the dagger and says: 'Here. I think you should have this.' Yet Emma initially refuses to take it, which she shouldn't be able to do. Whoever holds the dagger commands the Dark One and the Dark One can't disobey their command. That's like one of the primary functions of the dagger and they somehow overlook it in this scene.
I think It's because Snow just hands it over and says what she thinks. "I THINK you should have this." David says it more directly: "Take it", so if he had hold the dagger and said his words, Emma would not have the choice. I don't know if it makes sense, but that's what I take from this scene.
@@JonnyBMitchell I am not denying how strong Emma is, but Merlin is very, very old, immortal sorcerer. Savior or not, Emma is about 30 years old and she has just started to absorb the powers of the Dark One.
Why didn't Emma simply control Merida's heart instead of considering crushing it ? I mean, it would be more practical as it would be the lesser of two evils. The deal (if you can call the lack of equality and pressure through a death trigger a deal) would be in return of Emma's help, she would remain with Merida's heart in order to somehow connect their destinies (as the life of a slave hangs in the mind and hand of the master) and force Merida to command her Fire Spirit to give her Merlin's location. That way, Emma would be giving a bit of herself to the darkness, sure, but at least Merida would be alive, so Emma wouldn't be fully giving herself up towards her darkness.
iRazenrak he kissed her plenty of times but I didn’t work because she hadn’t accepted the darkness yet, thus he couldn’t get rid of it. It didnt work later because they were both dark ones
I don't think he thought about it. And considering they didn't know they were true love at this point, it would have made more sense for Henry to kiss Emma since they already broke a curse.
With Rumpelstiltskin you obviously know he has the power and the inclination to carry out horrible things, but his manner means you generally don't find him "scary" (or at least, I don't) but here, without a word, he is really sinister.
I already wrote something dark in this comment section, so why not keep going ? -There are two crossover fanfics between this saga and "OUAT" (I'm surprised there aren't like hundreds of them). Sora, Kairie and Riku's story was that Kairie was the princess of a kingdom in the Enchanted Forest that swore to protect the world of light, Sora was her Keyblade knight, and Riku was simply a knight. The Dark Curse separated the three of them and made Sora and Riku enemies, Kairie's fate kinda unknown. Why am I talking about this ? Ever since I read them and played "Nirvana Initiative", I have been thinking. What if the worlds'saga is meant to suffer a complete reset "Dark Curse" style ? For a new world to be born ? I guess, like Kirari and Yumeko from "Kagegurui", I want to see the universe come to its flashy end, to see its rebirth and what comes out of it. Actually...I don't think this is something recent. Ever since the first game, when Ansem talked about death, that I could only wonder how this universe's hidden side is ? What lies beyond lign and darkness ? What happens when the light separating them evaporates ? What is left ? Will the dead rise ? Will people be reborn ? The possibilities are endless. And all it takes is someone to perform the heart surgery without being manipulated by neither the power nor the characters.
What's going on with Merida's dress? In the movie, that design was a nice a dress which was so restrictive that Merida tore it at the seams when she went to the archery tournament. In this they've like taken that design but somehow made it into an aesthetic for her new dress. That just seems really odd.
+Captain Swan true love's kiss. He tries it later and finds out it doesn't work because she started liking the darkness. Where here initially she is actually trying to fight it.
+Richard Bourton they tried two times tlk. one when emma saved robin, emma kissed killian. and when killian kissed her in storybrooke, this time they were both dark ones.
why does it seem like Jennifer stopped caring for the role of emma? ever since after season 4A, she stopped wearing make up and acted like being on the show was an inconvenience for her. i don’t mean to sound rude, i’m not hating, it’s just an observation. :)
Well considering there is a hair and makeup team on a set, and the actors don’t get to do their own makeup, I think we should blame the makeup artists, not the actors.
@@nadia1573 i think either RU-vid or your device glitched 😂😂 your comments was posted 3 times 🤣 I've never seen that before. But it could also be to show viewers that Emma's been through a lot and is in "recovery mode"
Wait, but what did she mean by “do what’s necessary”? If Regina kills Emma she will become the Dark one the cycle wont end. It kind of gotten into me now that they cant stop Emma unless they give the darkness to someone else or destroy it
Worst season ever. I'd love to see a real dar Swan. This was just week. And then the narrative being framed in 4th dark curse? Sooooo pathetic. The only thing that sucked more was the second half.
