The alt, a/c, powers steering pump brackets from a caprice is best for the conversion because they're made lower to the crank pulley

Do you have to engine mount part number?

No I don't, but they are small block c3 corvette urethane mounts bolted to the engine swap plates you can get right on amazon or ebay.

To be honest I really don't remember. It's been awhile. I believe they were the DNA brand high grade stainless and I have to admit, during welding the material was good quality

You mentioned Patriot Headers. I had to make my own as I didn't want them looping the steering column
