@@SucculentSocial my place is cold and I have to grow everything indoor so most of my Succelents are becoming leggy and others die because of fungus . Do you have any suggestions for than. It will be kind of you. Thank you

@@HRGARDEN81 Hi, how cold is your place? We are currently in winter here looking at around 2-4 degrees at night, some places have minus and can have frost.. Succulents are surviving and thriving. Try to gradually acclimatize them to the cold season.. Fungus - well, I had a bad case too this winter but just because I neglected them.. We now learned to put conditioner approaching winter and to apply fungicide the moment that we see early signs.. Good luck, my friend.. keep trying..;)

Hi there, I searched how Nevada looks like as I am not familiar with it or maybe we call it with different common name here. By the looks of it, it is agavoides characterised by the compact,dense rossette with the triangular leaves. I read somewhere that is also called E.Gilva. Hope that helps.
