Bad ass video. I bought the switch just for Zelda breath of the wild. I bought it in 2017 with breath of the wild and just recently in the last two weeks I finally got to play it and the game is awesome and I’ve been farming guardians for about 10 hours straight today and of course it’s just about 2 AM and I decided to hop on RU-vid and found your diamond in the rough video and this is a great idea. I have maxed out my ancient armor except for the headpiece and I need two giant cores so I’m going to head down to the maze and see what’s popping. Anyways I’ve put probably I would say 15 hours a day just in the last few weeks this is all I think about I wake up and play until I go to sleep. There’s only a few games that do this to me and Zelda has always been one of those games where I eat sleep and breathe the game until I have 100% completed it. That is 100% the reason I am only just starting to play this game now because I was working at my job 10 hour shifts 50 hours a week no way could I put my head into this game during this crazy last year and a half or I would’ve been fired because I would’ve stayed home and played this LMFAO anyways great video thank you very much

Awesome guide! recently I have been using my ancient arrows to kill guardian because i'm lazy and i want to take them out quick lol. But i should use my master sword more for this because I ended up depleting my ancient arrows supply and had to buy more

If you are not good at parrying guardian lasers or don’t have stasis +, use Daruk’s protection in the middle of all of the stationary guardians and reflect them to wipe the room of stationary boys

Make sure to use the Daruks Protection to easy deflect and if you have a should stand far away to easy parry

When you find a guardian stalker make a save file and beat the crap out of it. If it does not drop it reload the save file until you get a giant ancient core

I know I’m late but if you have urbosa’s fury you can use that and it really helps against stationary guardians

you can also use your shield and parry their attacks. it does way more damage that way, i personally like that way better lol

There is a much easier way to get over there. A lot of you probably know, but if you put a square bomb on the corner of one of the boxes at akkalla, then stand on the opposite edge of the box and detonate the bomb, you will go flying at extremely high speeds. If you aim it right you can go flying right towards the end of the maze. You don't have to be very accurate with it either.

I just use Urbosa’s Fury to take them all out

i bought one ancient shield and duplicated it 3 times and transferred the durribility of the hylian shield into all of em :)

Go to central tower you'll get the same amount of stationary guys 1 walking guy and then you can just head towards Hyrule Castle without having to go through the maze and have not have 1 and a half or stamina and there's more cover for earlier in the game

Mine is Either Near Hyrule Castle, Kakariko Village and Central Tower.

In the labrynth, if you never open the chest. The guardians will stay asleep until you attack them individually and will stay that way after every blood moon. Easier farming.

I highly recommend using the ancient shield bc it shoots back their lasers even if u don’t parry

you can also just parry the beam if you're good at it

If I can get the Blood Moons to STOP activating a few seconds of being inside the spot, then I plan to farm parts until I can get enough to make a good amount of ancient arrows for the other Divine Beast bosses then hopefully Calamity Ganon himself.

I get more giant ancient cores than small ones and it's a real problem when all i already have all the materials and fairies to get the ancient armors to level 4

FUN FACT: hit the core of the guardian and you can get a ancient core every time

Don’t stasis and break legs of the walking guardians before they sense you mine fell through the map....

I rlly just use parrying and it kills the quickly if you don’t know how parry here’s how you use block and press a if ur on a Nintendo Switch So When A Gaurdian Shoots At You When It’s Right In Front Of You Press A and it will go right back to it.

I wiped out the guardians from hyrule castle with a pot lid!!!

It makes it easier to use the ancient bow with ancient arrows with the ancient armor. You can one shot a guardian by hitting it in the eye while using this equipment

Does anyone know some good places to farm guardians other than Hyrule Castle and the Great Plateau? I'm starting my collection for guardian parts so I can save them up and get a ton of ancient arrows and maybe a couple guardian shields

The guardians that are stationary are more dangerous than the guardians walking cause you can get the ones walking to come to you then cut off there legs that’ll make them not able to shoot u then by the time you cut there legs off they’ll be dead by then

Just deflect their lazer by parrying it.

I think ancient sword works best cause with master Sword is 2 hit while ancient is one

How do you get 60 offense on your master sword? I only have 30

All you need is a shield and 3 parries to kill them with ez

Bro to farm I kill all the guardians at the forgotten temple then I go to either the maze in the top right and then finally I go to hyrule castle’s square and kill them all there. I don’t only do it in that order tho. Then I’ll go kill a few hinoxs, lynels, and taluses. And that my friends cause a blood moon since there’s such little bosses left in the map. Then you repeat. That’s how I farm guardian parts. Also this is efficient for ancient cores ( I say this cuz once I got 9 ancient cores from 12 guardians. The most I’ve ever gotten from one guardian is three yes THREE ancient cores.

I cant get a core to save my life. I dropped a stalker guardian about a month ago and he dropped 3 ancient cores, 3!!!! Haven't seen one dropped since. Update- Dropped a stalker guardian and not only did he drop a core, he dropped a giant ancient core too. Winning!

Hyrle castle is even better farm area more guardian that wants to kill

Best place for you to farm guardians is the forgotten temple where you get the set of the wild there are about 50 guardians

Key point "respawns every blood moon" is annoying. Triggering it sucks.

i think it would have been faster to parry the guardian shots.
