Would love to hear about the R and Turbo R, as many people are in the market. Specifically 4 seaters with wheelbase and weight and travel. Will the turbo R be desired because shorter and less weight, more advantage in different areas? Building a reliable 1000 turbo with more power to keep up with a 2.0.. Can't wait for another video on the pro R.
I’ve heard rumors that there are issues with the front shock fork that the axle runs through. They break or bend resulting in axle rub. Have you heard of this? Seems like with the extra testing time due to covid they would have found some of these things.
I've heard this several times now from yall. What is a correct wheel offset for non steering wheel feedback ? I have 15" racelines with a 4x3 offset running 32" xtr370s
SxS blog guys did over 40 donuts on ice wide open in 4x4,these guys do crazy stuff. They actually have done videos so they can calculate RPM. I think it took out the rod bearings and was it from oil starve or just holding it at 8,000 rpm’s for minutes straight idk....
When SXSblog explanation was happening you looked confused and then defined as donuts and sliding around but it’s a bit different then that.. a cyclones is a 4wheel drive specific donut that rotates in place not a standard donut with rotation over/around a single front tire….and the SXSBlog guys did this for a VERY long period of time which was their theory that they pulled oil away from both oil and scavenge pump starving engine. Cars are at least strong enough to handle KOH trails and the best duning car I’ve driven. JT said anti-swaybar links “in a week” about a month ago….hurry up and take my money.
I saw the pro r 4 seat in person, it was huge and heavy. I think they are ugly. But the 2 seater looks sweet. I think the 2022 x3 smart shox seams to be a better car to me . Can’t wait to see some turbo pro r’s 😀
I agree. The 2 seater is the better looking car. 4 seater is way too big. Check out LaRue racing, they have a pro r they slapped a turbo on. It efing rips
If you mean spray paint then no. It wonts stay on with spring movement or heat. If you mean anodizing then yes but it would cost as much as the shocks themselves to do after the fact.
Justin talks big about "new" things for the Pro R coming out but all of these things are the same things we're still waiting for on the XP Pro. I guess he's more of a politician than a businessman.
Shock Therapy may be growing too fast. These videos over the past couple years have catapulted the business. Think Mitch might be the real brains behind the outfit now at least as far as technical R&D. Steve is just a pimple on the ass of progress who needs to GO so he can finish growing up. And Justin seams to like that trait. Hope the deal with fox forces them to get back on track.

@@shocktherapy4820 if I’m not mistaken, the Pro XP had different wheels on the front versus the back from factory. Did know if the Pro R is was the same from factory or all 4 wheels was the same. Thanks for replying so quick, you guys are awesome!!
