I really liked this because of its simplicity. Sometimes some vegan 'what I eat in a day' videos seem way too fancy and ambitious to be true? This was very real 😊👍🏻🍎

fantastic guide guys for those of us who are trying to eat right, quite often we're told what we should eat, but we still have the same kind of bad habits, but actually seeing how a thin and healthy person eats, really does provide great guidance. I'm working my way through your vlogs and would love to continue to see what you eat in a day (especially a day when you are giving a talk away from your store, or at a meeting all day...). Also, how do you keep the consistency of getting up so early each day? What motivates you two to get up when it is raining or you were up late the night before (sick kid...)?

Enjoyed this vlog of your daily diet. Your diet is similar to mine, but I do a bit more with color balance (red-yellow-green-blue-purples for phytonutrients).

Really enjoyed this and interesting to see how you fuel your body to get the best energy etc. I made the rookie mistake when going plant based last year of eating way to much nut butters and vegan baking in complete innocence thinking I would just maintain a healthy body but sadly this was not the case. Always learning !Also does not give the best energy levels!any advice you can give on how to maintain the best body and not put on weight with a plant based diet would be greatly appreciated💕love your channel. Find it really uplifting and inspiring and it always cheers me up when I watch them😊🙌🏻

Hahaha, great to see that there are actually people out there who eat even more than I do 😆. I've been a food lover since I was a little kid and some of my cousins are as well. We keep eating and snacking the whole day and as long as it is healthy, we don't get fat. Maybe it is a genetical thing in my family as well... Never thought about that. Although it would be a really hypothetical thing if someone would measure the calories we should take if we were sitting on a chair the whole day, because that is something which is really imposible for hyperactive me and my hyperactive cousins hahaha. I totally love your video's and recipes, I love the energy you guys have and the positive way you are spreading the vegrevolution! I'm dreaming of a vegrevolution in the Netherlands too and with my blog I'm trying to achieve it. I'm planning to make some video's as well and I've also some business ideas popping up in my head, so who knows what the future will bring. You're a big inspiration!
