You got a little gem there Simon! Surprised you got away with the windscreen crack, I though they failed any crack on the front glass. Stay safe! Chris B.
Surprised the horn was even advised there, it works alright. One of the two is vibrating a bit, but thats just probably bent back in the biff. But what a bargain!
it works yes but you can tell it doesn't sound right and correct, not the usual tone you would expect, that's why it's an advisory :) I would of advised it as well
It’s likely most of the faults were generated when the vehicle had a duf battery, electronics on vehicles now requires the voltage to be within perimeters before they start playing up with ghost fault codes
Chuffed to bits for you Simon, video stopped a bit short. You probably need a Choccy bun. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to the next video. Robbie R Plymouth
The MOT's are so easy, I remember we had a disco 3 on UK plates, It just past an MOT with us in Northern Ireland we then decide to import it into the Republic of Ireland ( 2 weeks later) and it failed on like 10 things and cost around 1500 to put right.
When you say the manual is more reliable than the auto, what sort of things cause reliability issues on the auto? Looking to get an SD4 so would be interested to know what to look out for...
I know and as Dyson managed to defender its patents in court against Dyson it must really upset James when people refer to one of his appliances as a Hoover !
Simon...If you have the same radio as the HSE then this is the system and its background. Your car is right on the changeover to the later ( and not so good) Meridian system but looking at your dashboard, I think you might have luck! Read all about this really special HiFi system...set it properly and it should sound astonishing! www.carpages.co.uk/land_rover/land-rover-freelander-2-27-08-06.asp
@@L663 Just had a 2nd look....my apologies i misread the dash display...139k (miles) - which is noted on the mot cert....which is 224k km.... Looks like one of the better £1200 you've shelled out i reckon.
That one conclusion.. or it could be there are a lot of them ? or that owners are enthusiasts who like changing and updating them and helping each other.....
