You have the bests of both worlds now Dom. Close to your boat but have a home. You kind of have a great getaway. If you remember way back when, when I first subscribed I had the oday 28’ in Oklahoma City and lived in Bartlesville ok. 2.5 hours drive each way. So could only go at the most once a month. You are very lucky my friend

Great video, i live on my boat from May 1, to around Oct 10 and rest of the year i live in my house. Only time i head home during the summer is when lawns need to be mowed or there is other work to be done. I am finding it as you get older there are jobs on the boat that i used to be able to do and now in my seventies i have to hire mechanics to do it.

I just bought a small 25 foot sailboat I want to retire and live on it but trying to learn how to sail is hard especially docking if it’s a little windy I guess it just takes practice ⛵️
