My hubby surprised me with one a few weeks ago. I love it and my Apple Watch workouts are added to the ring automatically so I don’t have to add them. I don’t mind the look and I wear it on my right hand middle finger. I also love the overall wellbeing concept.

I just bought a fitbit luxe. When i compare it with the ring I think the fitbit is better for me as my goals are to increase activity & movement. The charge life is also great.

Thanks for the video! I really just want to monitor my body. When I’m feeling low/not well, I want to be able to see my overall health stats, see if I’m getting sick, stressed, good on calories, etc. I already have an Apple Watch. I’m not all that concerned about my sleep schedule but it would be interesting to see that. Would this ring be good for those needs?
