I’d love you to wear your old Apple Watch and compare the results you get from both. Just an idea. Love your videos. You’re like a friend who further along with your fitness / wellness journey and giving me all the goss. I’ve been on mine since 1 January and lost 11kg. Thank you so much for making this video, it's super helpful! You touched on all the key points I was wondering about. I am glad to know they have ring covers because I was wondering how best to protect it. I also thought I would just charge it while I'm in the shower as well. I just ordered my ring yesterday so I'm waiting for the sizing kit to come in.

I am so happy you touched on this being more of a recovery tracker! I couldn't agree more! Also hate that I have to pay monthly for something we already paid for haha I wish I would've gotten a cheaper one now that I know more about the ring!

I’ve kept my Apple watch (newest series) and my Oura ring (gen 3) on for 24/7 for a couple of years now? Can’t remember if it’s 1,5 or 2,5 years but for a long time anyway :) They are actually pretty amazingly alligned and compliment each other! And the Oura ring gets even better and accurate with time, I absolutely love it and would recommend to everyone. I wear it 24/7 as I said, doing everything you could imagine, and have never been careful not to scratch it or whatever, and it really doesn’t scratch that easily. NEVER had a problem with Oura ring even though I’ve had some tiny problems with Apple watch. 5/5 for Oura!

i just got one too! i use an app called Natural Cycles with it (also a subscription tho 😭) to track my body temperature for contraception purposes. mine is a lil too small bc i got it secondhand so i only wear it at night but i find its great for NC!

I purchased the Motive ring, which I loved and was bummed when they sold the technology and stopped selling and supporting the ring. It was round, and there wasn't an issue with figuring out if you had it on correctly. Just had to mae sure the flashing sensors were at the bottom when putting the ring on. I would think it would be the same for the Oura.
