I can one hundred percent relate to you, Stuart. I used to work at Barnes and Noble, and while most of the time I LOVED my job... there were times I wish it was legal to slap an old bat. The worst time was when we had an old lady who had spilled a whole coffee on a shelf, causing thirty or so books to be completely ruined (which totaled about 200 dollars in damages) . Which isn't a big deal if you tell us, but she completely denied doing it. Then, when I was going on break, I noticed the same fire hazard of a woman running out of the bathroom. Turns out she had gone to the bathroom in the trash can for some reason.... and my manager had to clean that literal crap up. Safe to say I don't miss that aspect of the job.

I worked as a fishmonger for a while, and the amount of Karens was mindblowning. "YOU GAVE ME THE WRONG PRICE OF THIS ITEM LAST WEEK!!" Ma'am, i started working yesterday, and im the only woman here, so no, i dont think so 😂

This is why I work in business support, from home. I only deal with shitty emails and when I reply I put regards not kind regards, then proceed to swear at my work laptop. It’s safer for everyone because my anger wouldn’t cope 🤣

The only time I've spotted a Karen in the wild was at a Goodwill thrift shop. She was in line ahead of me and my friends, and she started arguing with the cashier about her coupon. It escalated to her saying things about how they wouldn't have a store without her and that customers don't get respected... my friends and I just kept making eye contact because we could barely believe we were seeing it

I was a travel agent for 2 years and handling entitled Karens who think anything is possible as long as they have money to burn is extremely common in the office. The days when I don't talk to Karens were the most painfully slow days at work lol.

My mum and her boyfriend can be Karens sometimes and when they came to visit me after I moved to Australia I basically followed them around apologising to everyone they Karened at. It was not a fun visit. 😬

I suggest you don't, from my heart, they need to learn to behave like adults. And someone may put them in place which is what they need. Cleaning after them won't help them or you. I know I don't know you but I lived something similar and it took a tool on my health. Is not our job to go fixing anything. That is 'their' lesson. Be healthy 🤟🧡

Love all your videos. As a crazy cat lady of level 56 ( I refuse to say years) welcome to the kitty world and being picked by Lil Pip...to start off on the right path please make sure Pips necklace is secure, it could be a choking hazard if too loose.( 2 fingers between the necklace and neck is optimal and endless purring will be your reward) changing to a plastic clip on necklace that will come off when Pip gets into places and ends up hanging from the collar..this will save you from premature greying.. To save the arms of your furniture and all the exposed wood in the house which cats seem to think is tree trunks, I highly recommend cardboard scratching pads. They can be moved wherever needed. Pips making biscuts will be your reward....

Karens are absolute insanity. The fact that people can be so entitled and rude... how do they survive in the real world? Absolute insanity, I swear. I've had to deal with more of the parking spot/ driving Karens than anything else, but working retail with those menaces running around... my respect for you guys has skyrocketed. I salute your ability to put up with such crap. Also, side note, wouldn't it be awesome to see Stuart react to crazy art/ creative people? There's some really cool stuff out there and Stuart's reactions would be priceless!

I was a cleaning lady at a restaurant and did some window cleaning. Karen came, sat down, started yelling to me ‘I want a coffee’. I friendly said to her i was the cleaning lady and the waiter will come soon. “I want my coffee NOW!” I explained to her again and said i will call a waiter for you, she yelled again “I WANT MY COFFEE NOW!” I told my colleagues how she was and they let her wait untill the rest of the customers had there drinks and food. Oh and when i did customer service for a pet food company, i had a Karen who called like 3 times per week. You had to listen to her private stories (you couldn’t interrupt her). Well I felt sorry for her so i listen to her. Then she called again and this time she was angry. She was angry we switched from gifts! (Every order received a gift). 😊: “well miss we do that often so customers can try new products” 👩‍🦳: “It’s ridiculous! I want the little dog treats!” 😊: “You can order them miss”. 👩‍🦳:”I can’t afford that!” (Buys literally the most expansive dog food, but can’t pay 2 extra euros 😆). 😊:”Then you have to wait when we rotate again in gifts”. 👩‍🦳: “But my dogs want those treats! It is not fair!” 😊:”I’m sorry, I can’t help you. 👩‍🦳:”Then I’m going to some other pet store!!” 😊:”Good luck! Maybe they like your private stories ✌🏼End she hung up I think someone can do way more better than this😁

love the kitten bell! i so relate, at my work there is this customer travis who comes in every week, absolutely so rude when ordering, and every time he's there we have to remake his sub at least once because in his eyes we did something wrong. and im not talking like wrong bread or no mayo, coz thats understandable, like this man comes after the pickle color and the dijon consistency, and dear god if he orders a blt we gotta make fresh bacon for him no matter how fresh the stuff in the front is. Sorry for the rant lol, thx for makin the vid 🖤🖤

Ah, Pip is so adorable. Before retirement, I worked in insurance. I was in a clerical position and sometimes helped out answering the phones. My goodness, what a mess that was. The worse was the family of the other employees. They were so entitled and nasty! Thanks for a great video! Take care and go to sleep, man! Oh, all my cats had bells on their collars also, because I always needed to know where they were!

My Karen experience: ok so one day I went to the store and there was this lady arguing with the store owner. I eventually bought whatever I was buying but then I went back to my car and I was driving off and the lady drove right Infront of me. Then she got out of her car and started hitting the window. Don't feel bad. I always put bells on any kittens in my house so that we always know where they are. lol. Used to do a lot of fostering, and they can hide so terribly well. Bells always helped in finding them.

Have you ever had a cake pop? I had a customer return a cake pop *livid* because *it was raw dough inside!!* and I tried to explain how cake pops are made (mashing cake with icing so it's gooey) and she literally put her hand IN MY FACE and said "Stop! I want my money back!", Ok then, Gave her the refund and laughed for days over that.
