Out Of Paper Error When There is Paper in Printer HP ENVY 4500 5530 4501 Fix Jam and Mispick

I thought there's no way this would work, but - yep! Cleaned the rollers with a paper towel and some glass cleaner and boom. Prints fine now. Thank you!

Do you have any suggestions for a problem where the upper right corner of printed page folds down about 1 inch every time? This began to happen after this printer had a paper jam. The jam was cleared. I already looked with a flashlight and found no pieces of paper stuck. I've wiped the rollers by taking out the upper tray. Still no luck. Thank you!

Thank you. I've been at this for a while. HP is completely useless for troubleshooting. It just says over and over again to make sure nothing is blocking the paper. My thought on that is, don't you think if I saw something blocking it in there, I'd remove it?

I am getting this error on my BRAND NEW 5546. Prints error sheets ok, but won't print a picture. The machine is headed for the dump. Life is too short for this crap.

The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.
