Really liked mixing the melted butter and spices together before applying to the potato wedges. This insures an even coating on each potato. Learned this from my own kitchen experiences. It should be emphasized on cooking shows, but it is not.
Just made these potatoes tonight. Did not follow the directions perfectly. I added a little paprika. I don't write down recipes, so I will have to re-visit your site from time to time. My wife really seemed to like them as well.
