Such a beautiful part of the world & back in 2009 I pretty much had all the lefts out there to myself. Goofy paradise! Was fun taking a boardbag on the trains too as they labelled it as a 'boat' 😃
We were blown away by that part of India! So relaxed and so many good beaches! Ha yeah I can imagine you would of had a few odd looks carrying your ‘boat’ around 😂
Hey John! Ah we’re still here! Had a little time off with family visiting but we’ll be back shortly 😄 Looking forward to getting back on the road and filming again! Thanks for the message ☺️ J
i just wanted to say that i am from kerela also and it guts me to see people assume that the elephants are mistreated here...i cant tell about other parts of india but in kerela we revere elephants and we make them as comfortable as we can....elephants are important part of hindu temples and we believe them as godly animals.....i do recognise that seeing in chains might be offensive but that is for people's safety in public....when at home they are properly cared for........i dont see people offended when they see a do in lease or a snake in cage or birds in cages......maybe for foriegners elephants are exotic jungle animals who dont see it as belonging in cities but for indians elephants are part of people's lives for centuries....elephants were around humans and people for millenia and i really do hope some people understand this where we come from....i do agree elephants dont belong in cities in todays time...they are better off in jungles but it is very wrong to assume that every elephant with a human is an abused one
Pakistan is a beautiful place but I don't think it would be easy to drive around freely as a tourist over there as you guys do in other parts of the world. Also, few parts of Pakistan, for eg: the towns/villages near the afgan border aren't at all safe so please be careful.
