Overlaying Multiple Waveforms on the PicoScope (Reference Waveforms)

In the PicoScope software, you can create a reference waveform from any waveform that you have, and then you can overlay it onto other waveforms so that you can compare and contrast them. This video explains how to do that, as well as how to line up the waveforms for easier comparison.

I rather use Pico scope waveform overlay better than some other software like pressure waveform overlay . Thanks for Sharing.

thanks for video. can you explain what is the problem with the cylinder on the red channel.to me it looks like a bad valve seat or phase thanks.

Forgive me Justin, I'm not FB savey but do you have a video using PICO how it hooks up to do secondary ignition firing lines and how to identify #1? Thanks, Michael

Are you trying to analyze the secondary ignition waveforms or are you trying to use the ignition signal as a "sync" in order to identify cylinder #1 in another waveform such as a relative compression test?

I know what you are talking about. I remember using that many years ago. I don't know what happened, but I guess they stopped supporting it because it is a feature built into most scope software now. It sure is a lot easier now!

@@JustinMillerAutomotive .. yeah I found your video via google images and the pic showed the overlay.. Anyway maybe pico has it in their software.. ill have to have another look
