Has it ever been mentioned whether it’s possible that a member of Ainz Ooal Gown was brought to the NW (on their own) at a different time than Momonga, and/ or using a different/new character (so they're not using their Ainz Ooal Gown associated build)?
Players and NPCs still have the same caps in the new world. For Players it's level 100 and for NPCs it's whatever level they already were, meaning they can't level up.
For the next Q&A, who do you think Ainz's successor would be if he were to die or retire? My guess would be PA, or would the NPCs fall into chaos among themselves? Because even if PA or anyone else becomes the next leader, other NPCs loyalty to them won't be as high as they were to Ains
I find it so interesting that overlord will end with only 18 light novel volumes, I'm not a light novel reader so I don't currently know what is going on or how much more lengthy a light novel is compared to a manga but I'm just curious and also hopeful that within the most recent content overlord has been able to consistently stay true to itself and will have a great ending
Two questions I would love to have answered are 1 - Does being equipped with an item made with Wild Magic (Gazef's ring or sword for example) make the user immune to the effects of World Items? 2 - Does having a World Item in your Item Box (the black portal Ainz pulls items out of) count as having it on your person, therefore still making you immune to the effects of other World Items?
@@jerzkiemichteopes470 Wild Magic and World Items cancel each other out and since being equipped with a World Item makes you immune to the effects of other World Items, maybe being equipped with an item made with Wild Magic does the same? Also for question 2, I'm asking if having a World Item in your Item Box still counts as having it on your person and by extension give you immunity to other World Items?
@@saljpal3 1 I think the wild magic user is immune because their not bound the rule of the world since the world system changed by world item 500 years ago, their not bound to the world because wild magic cancel the effect of world item that's why dragon born 500 years below cannot wield wild magic now because their now bound by a system made by world item Well I'm confused by this question , there not many explanation about wild magic 2 equipping it make u immune And if not then ur dead
Question about the World Champion class If New-worlders can meet the requirements to unlock job classes like Paladin, by being “a knight who physically expressed the justice they believed in” (Overlord Volume 12). And classes like Curse Knight, by being a warrior who was cursed. [Leinas Rockbruise Character Sheet.] Do you think it is possible for New-worlders to unluck world classes, more specifically [World Champion]? This is not mere conjecture on my part either. New-worlders like Gazef Stronoff, who won the Kingdom’s royal martial tournament and the Empire’s Grand Arena champion, Go Gin, were able to unlock the [Champion] job class. Naturally, as both of them are champions, who won tournaments and stood undefeated, they boast the [Champion] job class. But therein lies my question, if a tournament was held between the strongest individuals in the world could the winner unlock the [World Champion] job class? (Gazeff - Volume 5 Character Sheet) (Go Gin - Volume 10 Character Sheet) We know that a player was required to win 1 of 9 developer-sanctioned tournaments to obtain the world champion job class. But, hypothetically speaking, if Nazarick were to host a World tournament within the new world. Do you think the winner of the tournament being an actual world champion, would unlock the [World Champion] job class? I say this because new world there's classes seem to generally match their professions. A mercenary would have the [Mercenary] job class, a Thief would have the [Thief] job class and so on and so forth Please let me know what you think. I put a lot of effort into formulating this question and would like a thoughtful response. Not trying to be rude, it's just something that's really been on my mind.
Biggest Question I had after the fight with Shalltear was that don’t raid bosses (like any floor guardians) in ANY mmorpg games have like x100 stats than the players? Like dark souls, wow, tera, etc… any boss will one shot you with any abilities and never the other way around (when similar level). So how is it possible that Ainz, a player, is capable of beating Shalltear, one of the strongest raid boss in nazarick, in a 1vs1?
Great video. I would have to say there were quiet a few questions i had no idea the answer to. I always enjoy formats like this and look forward to more hopefully. On another note, I sure would love for Kugane Maruyama to take a break, then come back and write more. It really is a shame he does not want to continue with the story anymore. There is so much more he could do with the world he built. I respect his decisions on the matter, but it would be wonderful for him to do more material.

Q&A: We know Ainz judges himself to be about Upper Middle Tier considering his build was created more for RP than PvP. Considering all the players who stayed until the servers shut down were die-hard fans like Ainz, do you think their character builds are in the Top Tier for PvP, especially since it seems guilds with multiple PCs were transferred over to the New World?
Next Q and A Overlord: If Momonga just teleported to the new world after the game shut down, then there are players who had been to the new world before Momonga then that would mean that the Players before were transported to the new world while the game is still active?
I know people are worried about the story ending in a satisfying manner, but if Maruyama is smart, then the last 2 Volumes should focus on the 2 major plot threads left in the overarching narrative of Overlord. So since Vol. 17 is definitely going to be about the Slane Theocracy (given how 16 ended), then the last Vol. (18) should focus and deal with PDL (Platinum Dragon Lord), since Tsa is the closest thing the story has to an overarching antagonist/final boss.
Even after it's over and the last 2 Volumes come out, I do hope Maruyama will still answer questions or close some loopholes that have been open for years now. He could make a small ''Encyclopedia'' of the missing bits he indented to implement but didn't have the time/energy to introduce, as he had originally enough content in his mind to go over 50 Volumes.

as far as i know becoming an overlord requires level up items/scrolls or grimoire that makes you evolve to that level/racial class im not sure where in light novel i read that i think it was on the web novel

My theory is the dragon emperor probably use divination magic and found out the world ygrassil and didnt know it was just a game it looks like real in his perspective since of advance technology . he saws godly treasures looks like to realistic and uses his wild magic to summon or transfer it to himself..unfortuanately he didnt probably expect that this item wasnt real at all in order to compensate it to become real his own lifeforce been used just to get and all players attached to it. he basically created some part og ygrassil players and world items using his own life force which he didnt even know it was his own creation or his power the one created it since it was to realistic in his perspective and ended up sucked all of his lifeforce.he probably immortal or can revive himself but sadly when his reincarnation starting to take place his wild magic that should use on his reincarnation been use to summoning or creating new world items/players instead so every 100 years his reincarnation fail.
If that dragon from the side story learned tier magic, couldn't ainz learn wild magic? Or even Sebastian considering he's a dragon? Or they can use a world item to help them learn it
in web novel slane theocracy perform a 8th tier divination ritual on nazarick if its the case the throne of kings activated special counter divination series of spells lucky for them they didnt kill the first demon thief type summons that was first counter spells if they did kill it it will activated the 2nd line of summons middle tier demons probably on par with deathknights and if they managed to kill it probably the last high tier summons will be summoned and it will be the last day of the slane theocracy lol.

Something i would really want to know is if there is a point in the story where the NPC's actually do notice Ainz's messing up (badly) and not just explaining it away like it was done so many times already for a joke. Like, What would Demiurges reaction be to a genuine fuck-up from ainz?
That's something Ainz tries to avoid at any cost .He knows that is just a matter of time before he says something that could lead Nazarick to ruin so he tries his best (without being obvious)to cover this ,like reading books about bussiness and leadership all night,practice in the mirror and delegating all the political things he doesn't understand yet to someone who does .
In the light novel the npcs do come across Ainz mistakes but they tend to rationalise the mistakes away by considering Ainz's actions to be planning for a future they haven't accounted for.
At the end of volume 16, we meet multiple undead called night lichs, I think, and they were said to wield up to 9th tier magic. They probably took more than 500 years to spawn. And they said that they were basically working under someone, so that thing must be someone really strong.
Ainz has reached the level cap of 100 and cannot level up anymore, wild magic may be a way to break the cap but that’s still just a theory (Edit:aside from the wild magic ring that raises 5 warrior levels). As the person said above me though players who may not have been 100 can level to max.
Next Q&A question. In the overlord wiki the first recorded event which is stated to be an unknown time two characters are mentioned. Primoirdial Dragon lord, and Kikotenshin Nekonyan. Kik is the god of wind in the slane theocracy who is the dragon lord? Also do we know what happened to the Dragon Emperor?
Speaking of the ''Throne of Kings'' World Item, it might be the actual item that was targeted by the Dragon Emperor's ''Ritual'' in the Overlord timeline. It seems one is targeted every 100 years or so. In Episode 1, Ainz is sitting on it when the Servers closed. But instead of being transported alone, like it happened to other Players, the whole Guild of Nazarick was transported. In the Bonus story, Ainz left the Tomb and went to the marshes nearby to participate in his Event with the fireworks. Instead of being transported in the current timeline with Nazarick, he got to the New World 200 years earlier, and alone. That means his Red Orb was targeted before Nazarick's Item. So why wasn't Nazarick transported 200 years before the events of Overlord if Ainz's Item was targeted first? Maybe the Throne of Kings protected him from the external effect, and then it took effect on itself 200 years later, or there's an unknown factor if multiple World Items are all together. It's a bit hard to tell how it works, we know some Players appeared alone, some in groups, and some with their Guild Bases.
