OVERNIGHT OATS 4 WAYS | HEALTHY & EASY!
Hey friends! In today's video I am going to be sharing with you how to make overnight oats! I share 4 delicious ways to make them that are soo good! Apple Raisin
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-1/2 cup milk (I use oat milk)
-1/4 cup greek yogurt
-1 Tablespoon chia seeds
-1 Tablespoon maple syrup
mix together well
Then add toppings! 1 tablespoon of nut butter, 1/4C diced apples, 1 tablespoon of raisins, and dash of cinnamon, Give it a good mix and pop in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Blueberry Muffin
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-1/2 cup milk (I use oat milk)
-1/4 cup greek yogurt
-1 Tablespoon chia seeds
-1 Tablespoon maple syrup
mix together well
Then add toppings! 1 tablespoon of nut butter, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4C blueberries, dash of cinnamon, Give it a good mix and pop in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Strawberry Shortcake
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-1/2 cup milk (I use oat milk)
-1/4 cup greek yogurt
-1 Tablespoon chia seeds
-1 Tablespoon maple syrup
mix together well
Then add toppings! 1/4C strawberries, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Give it a good mix and pop in fridge for at least 2 hours. Top with graham cracker before eating.
Strawberry Banana
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-1/2 cup milk (I use oat milk)
-1/4 cup greek yogurt
-1 Tablespoon chia seeds
-1 Tablespoon maple syrup
mix together well
Then add toppings! 1/4C diced strawberries, 1/2 chopped banana. Give it a good mix and pop in fridge for at least 2 hours.
These will last in the fridge for up to 4 days! Feel free to eat cold straight out of jar or you can heat up as well.
