Hello, my sweetest little kittens!! (Oh, my gosh - I wish part of this update was a kitten)

I'm going through a very fresh breakup with a pretty serious boyfriend, and just heartbroken about it even though I initiated it. BUT what I'm most excited about is going on a road trip next month with my dog for my birthday to get a tattoo from an artist that I LOVE. It's so important to have things to look forward to when you're going through something hard.

If you’ve had Covid recently it could be that! I had this same problem of hair loss a few months after I had Covid and my hairdresser said her clients that had Covid recently were experiencing the same thing

I am finally dating a guy and he is treating me the way I've always wished I would be in dating. Still very early and getting to know each other, but it's so fun to be treated nicely. Also, Love is Blind, the train wreck I can't stop. White Lotus, the most incredible work of art. Love it!!!

I’m eating soup and drinking a strawberry milkshake bc I just got my wisdom teeth out :) -I’m most excited to eat solid food again -I’m proud that I got through the surgery, apparently laughing gas made me laugh the entire time so it wasn’t the worst experience

It has been SO long Irene! I've missed the patreon zooms for a while and have been hibernating offline but I'M BACK AND I MISSED YA FACE! I'm so excited bc my partner got a bangin new job and happy that we are both over having covid for the past 2 months 🙃 Oh my goodness, love is blind. Cole was something else man. I felt so bad for Zanab by the end of the reunion! The holidays this year are gonna be different for me. Am no contact with mine and my in-laws... oof. Lol. Boundaries are my bestie this year! Concerning your hair loss, over the past two years the amount of young woman experiencing Telegen effluvium has tripled. From what I’ve observed its because of having C19 or the vaccinations. The hair will grow back in this case. I would advise taking a vitamin B supplement daily and seeking an official diagnosis with your dermatologist, just to rule out any other health issues such as hypothyroidism.

I'm honestly just very excited about having a break and finishing a long term work project. But I'm relieved that I broke up with my now ex boyfriend. He wasn't a bad guy at all but it was very long distance and was causing more hurt than happiness.

Most Excited: potentially going on a date soon? Most Relieved is Over: finally recovering from having the worst flu of my life that sent me to the ER For the hair loss: are you wearing your hair up more? I’ve heard that when you wear your hair up in a ponytail or a bun more, you’re actually losing the same amount of hair you normally would just all at once. When your hair is down, your hair just naturally falls but when it’s up, it can’t do that so it all falls out at once when you brush/wash your hair. That might be the problem!

❤ Looking forward to: having my future pet. I lost my hamster this october. He was my first pet ever and meant a lot to me and it’s been so f-ing sad. He will not be ”replaced” cos he was one of a kind - instead i see it as i’m going to want to be welcoming a new invividual one day. It’s going to be heartwarming to me. I’m going to want to adopt and i hope that will work out. Someday when i feel ready for it it will happen and that keeps me going when i feel my worst. ❤ Things i’m glad is (in my case soon) over: 2022. Everything from personal things to the roe v wade to the war in ukraine, has been too much, and it’s been quite a shitty year. Promlems can come along also in a new yesr - however psychologically it’s just nice to know this year will pass and a new one will come. Like to be able to have some space to feel like one mentally is going to - someday - move forward a little from the heavy shit that happened this year. ❤

Hairstylist here! Not sure if you had Covid but we are seeing a large spike in hair loss as a long term symptom (at least 3-6 months after) talk to your stylist about topical products or supplements that can help it grow back asap!

Most excited for: This past Thursday thru tomorrow, being with my family. 7 of us got to be together and spend some good quality time with one another. We hadn’t gotten all together really for a couple of years. Most Excited is Over: The political election season(for now, minus the upcoming GA runoff). I help to make political calls for a living. It can be very stressful, very exhausting and overwhelming. You constantly have to be on- with passion, knowledge of candidates, and polling,etc so yeh, just happy it’s over for a while. I need to restart White Lotus. I tried it a while ago but didn’t catch on. But I’d like to give it another try.

I am 30 and completely insecure about being single. I have not been in a relationship or even asked on a date for years and when I was in one it was a bad situation. It is something that really bothers me. I want a husband so bad. But I want the right one not just any scumbag... I want my person but I would rather be single than with the wrong guy... in regards to hair loss: if you had covid 2-3 months ago, that may be the case of your current hair loss! that's happening to me! id say look into it if you had covid over the summer- but it tends to come back on its own in another 2-3 months. be gentle with your hair and try not to run your hands through it in the shower as wet hair is the most fragile!! ive had to make some adjustments to prevent further loss. i also only brush it when its dry (same idea w the fragile wet hair thing). either way i wish you the best of luck with the hair loss!! its stinky but we will be okay also how do you care for your hair?????? it looks so great!!!! and gorgeous and wavy! have you ever done a hair tutorial?? if not CAN you?? excited for --> a new job starting next year, finishing up my first semester of grad school!!! happy it happened --> broke up w a partner (: glad you asked!

I am most excited for decorating my house in Christmas because it gets even cozier. There's just something about having the Christmas tree up, and playing the fireplace RU-vid video that is just so comfy I am so relieved that the sale of my late grandma's home is over, but only because that means less communication with my family (not immediate family, I haven't had issues with them in the process). They've just been TOO much and I need some mental separation from them.

We naturally shed something like 50-100 strands of hair a day, sometimes when I haven't showered for a couple days it seems like all 200 hairs come out in the shower at once (but I also don't brush my hair often...) I swear I'm hygienic

I'm excited to go visit family in the PNW for Thanksgiving, I also get to see my best friend that's up there that I haven't seen in six months. (I moved away for a year) Plus, I'm just excited for Thanksgiving because it is my favorite holiday. Honestly, I've been struggling with my mental health for a long while now and so I don't have a lot of big things that I'm glad are done so, I guess I'll go with summer. I'm in Nor Cal right now and the house that my family is renting doesn't have traditional AC, so my room would get unbearably hot.

Most excited: I only have one more semester until grad school is over and I may possibly have found a part time job! Most relieved it's almost over (On Dec 8th): My first semester of grad school!
