In an alternate universe where they add instead of rework, this video would be called “Overwatch Needs to Stop Adding and Start Reworking”. Stop complaining to complain, they are actually doing well right now.
They fixed the game beginning of season 9. Everyone was happy. And then two weeks later they "did well" by buffing mauga and ruining the balance of the game. Nobody asked for it, nobody wanted it. Quit dick riding, people are allowed to have their opinions.
bad take. reworking a hero has all the benefits of adding a new hero, but now people who main or constantly deal with that hero will be much more invested in the change, either positively or negatively, either way works.
Complaining about overwatch is such a sad trend, the game is actually improving drastically. Reworking IS the correct option, stop criticising everything
as someone who actively plays the game competitively it is doing nothing but going downhill, overwatch 2 competitive has gotten worse every patch, they literally just made mauga meta again and dont care at all what happens to the game
Resource gathering mode. Its like capture the flag but both teams pull from a point and have to take it back to their base. Only one person per team can carry resources and if they are killed then the resource is lost and the team must go back to get more. This way it's a balance of defense and offense, some team members try to get resources while other try to prevent the other team from getting theirs.
I would like to add a second dimension to this. You could either carry the resources back to the base where they would help you win or whatever, _or_ it could be like Mei's snowball game where you could use it up to kill opponents. No one would win the game cause they're too busy murdering each other and I find that wonderful
