Fine restaurant.Skilled staff. I think all the dishies are so yummy. The lady owner is impressed me her excellent job and with the beutiful voice timber.
I always love watching these videos. Not just because of teh great food, the wonderful and hardworking staff and cooks but also the happy customers and families who come to eat there. So nice and wholesome😌😌
I love how accommodating the owner is, she seems great and caring. And one of the few times that offal interests me, it looks so good! Everything looked delicious.
sometimes your films have a documentary feel, such as this one starting with opening and closing. You have a really good one here; I do wish you could explain how the 'yellow' in these udon noodles gets there. It almost seemed to come out of the rinsing.

Next time I visit Japan, which btw, I hope will be soon, I would love to try okonomiyaki with the bacon and shrimp if it comes with shrimp! Looks so big, hope I could finish it all! Lol!
