I lived in Japan for 2 years in the 1970's and came to love the Japanese people. Now I am an older man, living with cancer. Late at night, when I can't sleep, I am comforted when I watch these videos of small business chefs earning an honest living cooking delicious food for loyal customers. This chef is a subarashii consumate chef. I see it in his efficient precise moves. Thank, chef and vidoegrapher, for collaborating to bring this wonderful experience to my home.

こんな手際良い人なかなかいない。変に汗を手で拭いたりもないし清潔、動きに無駄がないし丁寧だしお客への言葉も優しい。これが近くにあったら通っちゃうわ

無駄のない動きの上に妥協を許さない感じが出ててかっこいいのはもちろんなんだけど、 これだけ余裕の無い中でちゃんとお客さんに一言添えて料理を提供していて、とても感動した。 こういう基本的なところを大切にしてる店には何度も通いたくなるな。

料理人ってすげぇよな。 券売機にあるメニュー全部作れるのは当然として、一つ一つ短い時間でしっかりクォリティに高い料理作ってくれる。 忙しい時は延々と休まず作ってる。 この店主さんのような人がガッツリ修行がんばってくれたおかげで俺らがうまいもん食えてると思うとありがたいね。

こんな勢いで調理してるのに全くテンパってないし、周り見えてて客に気遣いまで出来るとか凄すぎる。 そしてめちゃくちゃ美味しそう。 来年いこ。

This Man is Clearly a Masterful Chef. Absolutely No wasted movements at all, Always serves his customers with a Happy face and kind words. Also if you haven't noticed he is in Much pain from Always being hunched over the wok and counters, but he tries to not show it . He sacrifices Every day to provide for his Family and to make his customers happy .

朝から仕込みも大変で、お客さんが来店してからも大変で、朝から閉店まで大変そうだけど、お客さんに喜んでもらいたいって気持ちからこういうお仕事ができるんだろうな。かっこいい

この職人さんは、早い上手い丁寧で素晴らしすぎます。 こういう厨房って油ギトギトはみ出したお米は散らかってるイメージですが、ここはめっちゃキレイにされていて綺麗好きなんもめっちゃ分かる。
