Animation is great, fights are sweet, props to the work put into the video, but what I REALLY love is the sportsmanship in all these battles. I love that the fights can be taken seriously while still being treated as sport. It's a spirit that I didn't expect to find in these and in really glad to see it.

You included conflict with himself too, and that's what places this kind of video higher on my list than those that are made just for the combat. Excellent consideration to detail and context.

I remember Oxob vs Blazer being the first battle I watched. It was awesome. Nice to see him come back.

I really like this video because it’s the first time Oxob loses fairly, and it’s for reasons established very well. Oxob is usually shown to be the best h2h fighter, like, ever. I really want to see how he’d handle someone from Zeta, or Shadowrose, but that’s neither here nor there. What holds him back is his relatively simple power set. Luckily, he seems to be as close to a master of it as he can be. Usually, during a fight, he will own the person in h2h, forcing them to use their powers. If it’s something easy to understand Oxob wins easily. He’s very good at adapting. In the case of FoxnQ, the power set wasn’t simple, but since it was based around Q all Oxob needed to do was get Q out of the equation, which becomes his priority very quickly. Blazer’s speed and powers weren’t much for him. However, one person was: Xenrath. Just as much power as Fox, if not more, but without the weakness. I think Oxob could’ve won that fight. He shows that he is gradually gaining control as he sees more of what Xenrath can do. I’m sure his plan was to wait things out, until he notices an opening in Xenrath’s technique. He already had him beat in h2h, but he failed to gain control of the fight soon enough, and the collateral damage caught up to him. Anyway, back to this. This fight is a real loss(unlike Xenrath) for two reasons: Jade’s skill and Oxob’s weakness. Firstly, obviously Oxob isn’t on his a-game. If he was, I think the fight would be far less even. Not one-sided, just not as even as this one. The reason Oxob couldn’t bide his time for an appropriate moment was because of Jade’s skill. She doesn’t have a complex power set, but she could pick up on what Oxob is trying(get her angry and distracted, take advantage when possible) and retaliated by pushing him. Taking her aggressive strategy and going even farther. This was too much for the injured Oxob to handle, and he eventually saw firsthand(pun fully intended) the consequences of his patient style, even though abandoning that is why he ended up not beating Gilded Guy.

I wasn't expecting much... but this was really great! I can't wait to see how Oxob fits into the next couple Nemesis collabs!
