Cylinder diameters vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Hopefully you don’t run into trouble down the road with those tight tolerances. Good lookin build. Needs a cup holder and a steering wheel.

Nice build video! That welder looks super portable and like it runs smooth. Your cart needs a Cummins 4bt engine and some good brakes! Built like a tank. Great job.

Just curious , how do you change cylinders ? Do you have a overhead hoist ?

These tanks are very light, so I can easily lift them up with my bare hands. The oxygen tank is a 125 cuft size. I can manage that no problem.

It would be just like any other scratch-start TIG, just with no other additional features.
