I’m guessing that is the downstream O2 sensor. I was trying to do the same today on my 07 tahoe and the new sensor looks just like this on the video and got me confused. But i guess I’ll put it on it tomorrow. I’m glad I found this video.
Great video very detailed. My 07 Avalanche is giving me code P0430 but does not tell me if it’s sensor 1 or 2. It’ just reads catalyst system efficiency below threshold (Bank 2). From your video it should be passenger side but sure which sensor it is??? 🤔

Thanks for the reply. My Avalanche uses Flex Fuel I wonder if I can use this on that type of engine. I have to do some research. I saw the video and noticed your light came back on after a few months. Did you end up replacing your catalytic converter?
So.... For the first start up after replacing, it threw several trouble codes right out of the gate? You cleared them and they didn't come back after driving it? Same thing is happening to my neighbor... Just checking if it's.
My truck has been running funny, checked the codes and it was throwing a P0030. Looked up in there and the wiring is gone altogether. Just the sensor, still in tact. Where the hell do I even begin looking for the harness? Where could it have gone??
