Yes he can act crazy sometimes but he is a gentle and loving guy to his wife Sharon and his family We can all act crazy sometime wouldn't you agree GamerGirl1000 Nice to meet you by the way and hope you have a nice day :)
@@honeymartina8383 oh,okay!it was my slight tendency towards autism.runs in family.i was a straight A student but thinking too fast like here lead to results like 8+5=14.i was so embarrassed i still remember that one.i automatically assumed you had Conan in mind because i did.
His earlier interview with Letterman was odd. The crowd, and Dave didn't get him and Randy had just passed away. Very strange to watch but so glad it exists.
It was probably only because of Randy. Either way, as huge a fan of letterman as I am, he really didn't know how to interact with ozzy, so those two things combined really made the interview a painful watch. But as you said, I'm glad it was uploaded anyway
I'm from the U.K like Ozzy when I was finally old enough and a tour came around to a venue near to my home town I bought a ticket ( 1992) we got to the show and the fucker had cancelled at the last minute.
@@jlschult45 it reminds me of the look he had when he listened to the old demos of Randy Rhoads. He looked in utter shock, he probably is in shock. I would be too if I am hearing other people covering my music on national television.
Ozzy is often undermined, in my opinion. Interviewers always ask the same batty questions and talk down to him. I literally applauded when he said he thinks women these days (same now in 2021 as in 1997) look too thin and he's always so funny and genuine. Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy!!!
I didn't watch "The Osbournes", but I saw a clip where his daughter was interested in getting a tattoo, and Ozzy said; "If you want to be different, DON'T get a tattoo. Everyone has one these days." And I nodded vigorously in agreement. He's still a wise, witty man, he just has to cope with the slurred speech that comes from decades of alcohol and drugs..
Many people for decades rip on ozzzy for way he talks and how they say he is always and always was fucked up but many people where he’s from talk that way. Its like Cajun , its a dialect. Ozzy Is the man and Genius
After all the drugs he needed medication to stabilize his brain chemistry and that can explain why he’s slightly off. It can also be his Parkins syndrome.
Kind of difficult to ask comedians to take one of the most comedic and interesting human beings seriously. The guy is a treasure trove of ridiculous, damn near unbelievable stories that have seemingly no end to them. And besides, when do late night hosts take their guests seriously the whole time?
@@bindardundat454 The thing I like about Conan is, though he seems fake as shit when you just look at his appearance and mannerisms, the reality is, he's a pretty genuine person(as in what comes out of his mouth, all in all). I feel an honesty in him, which his guests, for the most part, seem to admire as well.
I remember watching this episode when I was 17. Ozzy was my first concert. I saw him in 1992 when I was 12 with my friends Joseph and Alex on his no more tours tour in San Diego at the sports arena. God bless ozzy.
Awesome guy 👍 big part of my childhood growing up. My uncle gave me a copy of black Sabbath paranoid and ac/dc highway to hell and I chucked my Michael Jackson tape in the trash back in 1987.
i adored ozzy in 80`s and i just loved early black sabbath with ozz man.had all lp`s with ozzy in them.i even saw black sabbath re-union here in finland in provinssi rock around 1989.ozzy rocked the shit out of quite large audience.
He may be burnt out, but those were brilliant anecdotes! ✋💩 And Conan was masterful, gently reiterating Ozzy's words, and skillfully guiding him back onto topic.
If you had lived his life our heads would probably exploded years ago but the legend pulls the interview away from wanker Conan who'll never reach Ozzy's statas.
Agreed. These shows annoy me in a whole! The crowd laughing hysterically at everything being said, and the interviewer making jokes of everything is so Annoying!
