As a woman, I was once addicted to it.. I had to stop cold turkey and it’s now been close to a year. The clarity and self control is unreal! God has really carried me and through breaking my addiction to both the videos and self pleasure, I was able to get over my ex/child’s father and heal from a lot of prior trauma. It used to be so bad that anytime I would meet someone new, I would imagine them in the act of s*x. I can’t even believe I’m typing this, but hopefully my testimony can help others in the position I used to be in. Also, I’m wondering if it was a spirit as both of my exes had addictions to it as well. I’m just glad to be free from it. I’ve been abstinent for about 2.5 years, but free from p*rn and mast.. for almost a year.
I will never understand why porn is even legal. It has and will continue to destroy lives. I just hate it. And what's worse is there are kids who get caught up in it before they even have a chance to become who God has created them to be. The enemy is real and I pray that God heals as many people as he can from it.
As a woman it gets hard being in a relationship with a man who is addicted to those xxx movies cause he set unrealistic standards on you to become what he is addicted to.
I was molested at 13 and did not realize that afterwards I was dealing with all kinds of spirits of lust and sexual demons. God just recently opened my eyes and I stopped cold turkey. That addiction ruined my life in so many ways. But thank God for sending Jesus to die for my sins. God is getting me through this journey! 🙏🏾
Between porn and those HIV commercials 🌈 … You can surely tell that we’re living in the last days. It’s getting out of control! We’re living in two worlds right now. There’s followers of Jesus and then there’s the world. This is really what it’s come to.
As a woman who has watched ….. it is also destructive and the images never go away. It can ruin your life and it has a lasting impact. Glory to God for freedom of it but Lord knows how His children are impacted in the long run. I just wanted to share this because you mentioned not being able to speak on behalf of a woman. I am a woman who is completely aware of, after many mistakes, the dangers of mishandled sex and watching people in the act. God bless you. ❤️
I signed my divorce papers this week guys. The man that I married over a decade ago is UTTERLY addicted to pornography. The gross amount of lies that he uses to "cover" his addiction has reached to the heavens for me. He has done years of counseling on and off and I can't be bothered with this foolishness anymore! Pray for me that he signs the divorce papers next week. I should have paid closer attention to a dream that God gave me about him 14 years ago. It wasn't about pornoraphy but it did come true and I am paying for not heeding the warning now!
I’ve been fighting my addiction. It ain’t no joke, I’m 22 and single and I really do wanna stop, i feel like I’m in too deep. Even tho I don’t watch porn or mast^* *te as much as I did when I was ignorant to my doings it’s super tough to stop completely. I’m slowing losing my appetite for it.
This Pastor spoke about porn one Sunday at the end of his sermon. He said if you weren’t gay you will be after watching it because you’re opening up your spirit to entertain all the spirits you’re watching & the same with horror movies
