Great video. I was comparing my X-carry legion versus my regular p320 with Wilson Combat grip module. I was quite confused at the end, as my regular p320 handles much better than the Legion. And I hate the beaver tail.

If you look at your module, the notch in the back plate only protrudes out to about flush to the back plate... So you should be able to take that tail almost all the way down to the edge of that back plate if you wanted to.. Just use the bottom edge of that back plate as the reference when removing material.

Even with the x-compact grip, your thumb goes over the raised part of the grip and (for me) it's very painful. I heard of the Wilson Combat one's that are supposed to be much thinner there, but haven't been able to get one. Want to get one for a friend, so I can shoot his x-compact when we go to the range. The subcompact grips are good too, but you need a specific holster for them. (They have a rounded trigger guard). I heard of subcompact frames with the regular squared off trigger guard that will fit in a normal P320 holster, but have never actually seen one. Not sure if they actually exist.

How about the under side of trigger guard,, modified to resemble the Icirus alloy grip modules. Any content for that?

Thinking about dremeling/sanding down the beaver tail on my p365 xl for a more comfortable aiwb carry, similar to the regular p365. Would that interfere with the functionality/integrity of the frame? Would you recommend doing so? Great video, thanks for your insight.
