After Newton gets unveiled by Hannibal, he knows that Newton has indeed cause Hong Kong trouble due to the fact that he had communicated with a Kaiju literally and now the Kaijus begin to scout for Newton. Crimson Typhoon, tackling along with Cherno, gets intercepted as the three pilots are warned that Otachi is quickly swimming towards their Jaeger. The Mark-4 Jaeger stands still and move his head to see where the Kaiju is going to burst out and attack them. As wished, Otachi splashed out and hit them with her tail which caused Crimson Typhoon to turn around and fall on it's knees and palms. Crimson Typhoon shakes it's head and stands and turns around and deployed clawed spinning blades on his right two arms and the much larger one-armed rotating claw one his left arm. Otachi engages with Crimson as he begins to slice Otachi with the spinning blades. But Otachi grabs hold of the blades, stopping them. Crimson begins to push Otachi and hops over to Otachi's rear as Crimson Typhoon body's flexibility allows it to rotate its lower torso and legs a full 180 degrees, perform high kicks and lift its body in order to perform flips. With the help of his three rear jets on his back to get up in the air above Otachi. Once the Jaeger got behind the Kaiju, he tosses her far away and switches the handling to Cherno. Otachi surfaces her head out of the water and turns to her right as she heard Cherno's deep noise as it slowly rushes to Otachi and head locks and begin punching Otachi's head with his spring-loaded Tesla fists.
Each punch was heavy for it's massive impact. But due to Cherno Alpha being one of the most slowest Jaegers, Otachi whips it's tail against Cherno Alpha. Far off behind, Striker is still standing there to protect the city as the Australians watch their fellow mates die in efficient deterioration. The Australians requests Stacker that they make a move before it's too late. Stacker still denies it. Crimson begin to die as Otachi uses her clawed tail to secure onto Crimson's entire narrow one-eyed head. The claw began to crush the head which also results in crushing the Conn-Pod that the three triplet pilots are in. Striker Eureka loses patience and the Australians has reached their last option as they officially told Stacker it's time they take their Jaeger to dash towards their fellow pilots for help. Stacker had no choice. As he gazes quickly at Raleigh and Mako, still grounding them at the moment. Then, it was already too late and Crimson's became beheaded as Crimson's body slams down onto the ocean floor.
Otachi turns around to see what his next meal could offer as she tosses Crimson's head away. Cherno began to taunt Otachi by slamming his fists together and starts stomping towards Otachi. Her sac of extremely corrosive acid begin to engorge and the Kaiju split opens her mouth and projected it onto Cherno's nuclear reactor head. Though the pilots are saved at that moment, their nuclear reactor is largely damaged. Allowing access to the Conn-Pod. The Russian pilots demands Striker for immediate need of assistance. Striker Eureka begins to speed it's way to the scene. But because they're in the water, their speed of running becomes slower. Otachi begins to cripple Cherno's fist with her jaws. As Striker is still running towards the scene, it was already too late. Leatherback, a gorilla-like brute, jumps out of the water from behind and leaps onto Cherno's rear. Leatherback holds onto Cherno's head. With the force of the leap, it allowed Otachi to snap off Cherno's right fist. Making Cherno Alpha a completely helpless Jaeger now. Leatherback ripped parts out of Cherno's head. Striker then finally reaches the scene. Otachi was about to attack Striker but Otachi underestimated Striker as he slams his fist onto Otachi, allowing the Australians to continue wacking their fists onto Otachi.
On the other side, Cherno is now lost. As Leatherback pushes Cherno into the water and quickly twists the middle of the breached chest. Causing an underwater explosion and killing the Russian pilots in the process. Stacker grimaces. Striker then continues to quickly end this. They grab onto Otachi's spine tightly and lifts the entire Kaiju above them. Throws the Kaiju forward and deploys their six-barreled Anti-Kaiju missile launcher. Before they could fire, Leatherback quickly uses his EMP organ to send out deadly bursts of EMP waves. Disabling Striker Eureka and the Shatterdome as well.
