UNIQLO has 2 weights of heat tech long sleeve tops. The lighter weight is incredible light and folds up so small ... Dries fast no ironing needed

Very practical I will have to pack more but have a year of asthma meds etc too as going for 1 yr plus in hot and cold climes ... will aim for 14 to 15 pounds

Love your work. This particular one is very dark, it's hard to see what you're showing, and it's hard to hear/understand bc you as you're going quickly and speaking quietly. I agree with the comment that it would be helpful to see a list in the notes of the names and sources of the items

Welcome to the world of ultra-light packing. You nailed it effortlessly, with style. I love packing lists, and count every once. Once-counting really removes emotion from packing and turns it into a fun sport. I have learnt to be ruthless from years of hiking. It sparks great joy to glide unburdened through nature and the same holds touring the world. A scarf, soothing cashmere, merino & silk, together with eagle creek lightweight packing cubes underpin ultra-light packing. If you tie the ends of your long scarf together you have an instant infinity scarf. Do you pack a hat? Please ask your charming cameraman to film you in horizontal mode next time. It would be lovely to see more of you

Does TSA allow the clear pouches like your Tom Bihn or do toiletries have to be in a ziplock?

I'd like to see a list of everything that's in here with every gram it weighs. Because I (OK, as a man) still see a LOT of room for amelioration. One of the biggest tips that you didn't include: WEAR the heaviest outfit, to begin with :) I'd have no other shoes than the ones I'd be wearing, I'd cap at 4 sets of underwear rather than 7. If washing along the way is indeed allowed, I think I could pack for 2 weeks in 7 pounds.

Great video content & delivery! One thing w your videos, they are so quiet I have a hard time hearing almost every word. Do you often bring gifts from home for people you'll meet on your travels? What do you bring? I was thinking a few tote bags from the Chicago Art Institute or scarves from the Chicago Oriental Museum... & Cubs/Whitesox caps. But is it too much? I'd probably be staying w families for my trip, & performing nights & maybe a fest (rock shows... maybe I'm a little deaf lol).

My job sent me to Chicago and that is exactly what I brought back. light tote bags from the Chicago Art Institute. In my purse I packed a bunch of pens. No more.

You mentioned pills in your altoids tin. Do you ever have issues with non - labeled pills and going through security or going into various countries? I travel quite a bit, but just started taking more vitamins/supplements. Your thoughts?

I travel a lot and use daily dosing baggies for my medications. I take a phone photo of every prescription label in case I am asked, but I have never been asked. The only team I carried the bottles was on a trip to Japan over 30 days, which requires special páperwork. But even then no one looked at them.
