Example: He was sitting in hot baths while he cut weight which is outdated - My weight cut comment applies to every other athlete in the world, no one is above brutal weight cuts hurting their performance, odd to define a yo-yo diet, makes me think you might have never cut weight? or your a paddy homer

To assume because you did something at probably a HS level is even remotetly comparable to a UFC fighter is hilarious. You dont have nearly the access to experts that he does which makes it significantly easier.
