First shakedown of the Pagani Huayra R on a damp, greasy track just after snowfall. Please enjoy to the end to see how easy it is to overshoot just by braking a fraction later.... #Pagani #HuayraR
Actually... on the same day, same conditions a GTE was running approximately 5.5 seconds slower and the fastest GT3 car 6 seconds slower, both with better drivers
Unusual conditions calls for an unusual approach.... The temps were so low (it had just been snowing 2 hours before) that by the time you reach parabolica from ascari you'd lose tire temperature and grip, so it was intentional to seek out that piece of tarmac where there was maximum grip. There was no grip whatsoever on the normal line or just off the normal line
@@Mat_Gallusmanyou have a dry racing line and a wet racing line ob every track you enter. Because under dry conditions you have a sticky grippy line full of rubber. But when its wet, this rubber turns the tarmac into ice so using the outside line where no rubber usually is is faster in the wet.
Its the same like in racecars such as gt3 cars or even F1. If you‘re losing grip in every 4 wheels but just for tenths of seconds, you try to correct. The same moment you correct the car has slight grip again and your steering is still in correction, so you counter steer into the grip while the car is losing grip again. All happens again and again and again within 1 or 2 seconds. Its pretty normal when track is dump
Yes it is silly it's an electric car with an AMG and an outside sounds like some electric car without no F1 societyYes it is silly it's an electric car with an AMG and outside sounds like some electric car without no F1 society
What was this car made for? This isn't racing prototype , but it's not a regular road legal car too! What r u?! Something absolutely beautiful and equally useless!
