This video we get my old mans 1957 chevy wagon prepped and ready for paint and we shoot a cheap satin black paint job on it! I always love spending time out in the shop with my dad and this was definitely a fun project to do together!

The wagon turned out awesome! I used the Colour Shop bright silver paint on a Harley Sportster. It turned out amazing. It was my very first time painting. Maybe the old man should get the wagon to Motorama in the spring.

Im finally all caught up, everything is looking awesome! You almost made me consider doing a V8 swap on my daughters Wrangler lol. Getting the K5 in the garage for some work this winter 🤙 Keep up the work, i thoroughly enjoy it all.

Hi, Zack and Dad! This was definitely inspiring in the way it turned out. It was good to see you can use acetone for a reducer, What proportions did you use of paint to acetone? You guys did a good job on the prep, that is almost the whole battle in the way things turn out. Keep up the good work! Been watching from the Oregon coast. Brian

Hey Brian, we were mixing it 4:1 ratio, 4 parts paint to 1 part acetone. Thanks for the kind words! Really appreciate it 🤟🤟

Love this! How much paint did you use and by the way, the music in this rocks. What song is it you used during the painting part? I'm a 57 guy and a musician. lol

Thanks! It was about 4 quarts and the song is “it was never enough - sunbreak”
