Your analysis is very much to the point and I can attest to this with my experiences with some or majority of Pakistanis that I have met here in the US as well as in other parts of the World, it such a disaster that there’s no priority for educating their children or even take any interest in developing the future generations I have seen them unable to fill any applications whether it related to health or for jobs their level of the English language is saddening.
