I don't understand how this is that much different from grover vine tech, both of them exploit certain mechanics of the game, and one is regarded as a skill while it's pretty much a braindead tech (not to diss grover vine tech, but it's batshit easy to pull off) and the other as a bannable offense while, by the looks of it, is much harder to pull off. My guess for the reason you got banned is probably because of the bug being related to the fps, and more modern computer players having the advantage of being able to pull that up. @TiagoSilva-oz5nf to be fair, you can pull off vine tech even with like 20-30fps on ps4 or a potato. This requires actual better hardware ontop of skill. Plus we have known that abusing roofs is bankable for a while. I personally didn't know untill I was told so when entering a tournament. Tho to be fair in my 6 ish years of playing and being a drog main for a good while I've never been banned for it personally- (though i was simply staying ontop of roofs to shoot off them and regain fuel) I've seen others get banned for just the same things I was doing. On ps4 mind you when we get like 30fps max and can't utilise this at all.
Casually some of the sickest drog game play ive ever seen. Very fascinating discovery and shockingly high quality video. Good on you for going so many steps further and finding the FPS cap numbers and doing a whole tierlist of maps for using it with good explanations on how to use everything. Super informative and helpful

@@ellisgriffin668 There was a rank1 dauntless player that used to also be grandmaster rank10 in Paladins back in 2020. Surprisingly a lot of the best dauntless players play Paladins myself included, except despite having 4k hours on Pala I’m worse at it than everyone I’ve met from Dauntless 😹
I've been main Drogoz for over 5 yrs, I do know this trick was a thing and so others "tricks" like uncap FPS but tbh I didn't really understand properly how the speed trick work and I don't remember others PPL/experts use it. I reached top 100 with Drogoz at the time when top 100 was something but you mostly learn good spots or just how to use the Q burst. Its really nice to see some1 actually explain this from 0 to anyone can be able to master this, thx!:).

That's really cool. Honestly I don't think that anyone should be banned for this, it's definitely requires a lot of skill to perform consistently. And it's not even your fault that rooftops work that way.
People would get banned for two reasons, players report them for speed hacking as the player using Drogoz would appear to be moving as if they were speed hacking, and it's exploiting the roofs/ledges to gain an unfair advantage over the other team that cannot be countered. It's most likely the former that got the account, in this case, banned, but it could have also been the latter.

Ai voice generation has gotten to a point where i can watch an entire video and not be annoyed. I could definitely tell, but it wasnt grating like it always has been
Wouldn’t the speed boost no longer working at all actually be super useful? You have a tech/exploit on locations that other characters cannot stomp out with other vertical characters.
it could be i reflected on it a little while making the video but ultimately decided to leave that up for others to experiment with if they wish to for the sake of better video pacing
@@CocaiineDragon True, but it only takes a few upset players to report someone for speed hacking even if they weren't actually hacking and just exploiting how the game works in certain places as you showed in the "risks" part of the video.

Although I still find it way too abusive to use this one. Like, I wouldn't want to play strix against your dragon not because I would suck but because It wouldn't be fun for me to track one flash dragon against the whole map entire match lol. please help. this dosent work for me. I've increased the fps to 230 fps and reduced my graphics. i play in a ryzen 9 lenovo legion laptop. this doesn't work for me on roofs. please help.
Hey I have a problem, when I open nvidia control panel and go to manage 3d settings, I don’t see paladins. I want to turn off v sync because my fps is stuck at 175 even tho I changed it in the game files, but paladins is not there, any ideas why? Or should I download paladins on epic games app?
it could be some issue with D3D11 and running borderless window, not sure why but I had a similar issue where it would cap my fps if I had those two enabled at the same time see if it maybe works if you play on fullscreen or if you deactivate D3D11 ingame

Does this still work? I want to uncap my FPS and i play Drogoz but i do NOT want to do this but i am afraid of getting banned just by playing Drogoz with uncapped FPS.
it still works but you don't have to worry about getting banned unless you're intentionally doing this it took them several months to ban me while I was hard-abusing it entire time and I believe my ban happened due to how many people mass-reported me in game (at which point the game will just automatically ban you from what I've heard) so yeah you're fine and won't get banned if you're just uncapping your fps to play

Since i uncap my FPS without setting it to any specific FPS and having 300+ FPS most of the time can this still happen to me by accident or will it just not work since its not a specific FPS like the 238 you mentioned? I will ofc not do this intentionally at all.
@@crythorga4880 there's a chance for it to happen but it's gonna be very inconsistent unless you specifically cap it to the amounts I mentioned in the video but like i said even if it does end up happening once or twice by accident, it's not something you'll be getting into any trouble for
to be fair, they really need to fix those roofs, basically fixing this whole thing… So you dont have to be banned for it in the first place, developers at fault and not the players.
the higher, the better results you'll get as long as you dont go over the thresholds 175 is the default paladins setting and it's ok, you can still get some boosts but preferably you want to be between 220 and 230 for best and consistent results on most maps if you cant be bothered to switch between matches
I'm unsure honestly, one of my friends claimed they used to be able to do it consistently but no longer can and for me it always seemed to happen at random

Why would you ever post that kind of thing as a tutorial wth? You should've put "How to abuse paladins" as a title instead. We really dont need more players cheating/abusing the game than there are right now
funny how the fun and challenging mobility tech you can do on drogoz is the big issue when everyone and their mother are abusing the controller aim assist on pc which is far more egregious if you ask me i'm obviously biased but yeah, quite silly where the priorities lie among the player base sometimes
@@CocaiineDragonI think that abusing roller auto aim is bad as well, look - it doesnt matter that other people are doing the same or even worse things. its not a competition and saying how other people do other things, wont make you less guilty of abusing the game.

I don't disagree that this is abusing the game but i just find it annoying how something that actually takes a lot of practice to do effectively gets generally more shamed and called out than something that just makes the game easier, literal "legal" soft aimbot if you use mkb with the aim assist turned on.
