Thanks for the wonderful presentation on a good topic. One of the major hindrances to good practice is frequent encounters of conflict between lab personel as well as clinical and lab personel... would like to learn from your how best to deal with such conflicts.

Thank you for the appreciation. To answer your query.. The best way to improve communication between clinic and lab would be to hold regular face to face meets where all the doubts and queries from both ends can be put forward and resolved upfront
