So.... I tried it... It was skinless and falling apart. But it was delicious. I will try again this is my first attempt. Even so, thank you for giving me the confidence to cook a whole fish by myself, i'm so proud!
+Valerie Ann Lockett Was the oil hot enough? Did you use ginger slices, which help preventing fish from sticking to the pan? Hope it will be better next time. Thank you!
I didn't use a non stick pan.... Yikes... Also I dir use ginger slices (which was great idea, made it taste and smell beautiful) I guess I didn't check the temperature of the oil. I will try again, correcting my mistakes. Thank You so much for responding
Hi, nice video. Could you please tell me why every time I try to cook the fish, the skin always ended up stuck to the bottom of the pan which does not look very nice. Is there anyway I can avoid doing that? Thanks a lot!
I have a tilapia fillet in my fridge and would I to try this receipe, would the cooking time on each side differ ? 1 min each ? appreciate your advice.

+Tommy Mai Sorry I have to disagree. Without covering and creating steam, it’s hard to cook through a whole fish. You don’t need to cover when cooking fish filet, my recipe too ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7Nf_YJnFYdA.html Thanks though for watching. -Ling
