Here we're doing one of our Park sessions. We're working towards the wall pressure drill and then sparring that. The first step is to get the shoulder roll down. Use different ranges: too far. too near. Play with the angles and what the rear hand is doing. Then add the elbow. Lots to learn at this range. Then I do it with Paul who's less careful of me.
