No worries! If you like the original Resident Evil, chances are you will love Alone in the Dark as well. I never got into the later games but some of them are apparently good.

I will re-check them ! I have played a lot of games on this great system, but backups were not playing right and the sound was having problems lately. Ive also repaired a power problem some years ago, hopefully i wont have to make another repair for some years ahead !

Goodstuff. I have never taken one of these apart so its cool to see how everything looks in there. My Policenauts for this system locks up after I disarm the bomb, but I think its missing a character set since I'm running it on a us system.

hey, i got the exact same model and im in Canada, is this model Europe? as i bought it used and there was a 125v fuse but it broke, i wonder if i need a 250 for europe even if i use the US Standard

The model in this video is 240V UK spec, if you have a model that works with 240/250 volts, you would need a step up tranformer to go from 110/120V to 240/250, but if its a 110V model and you feed 240/250V into the PSU its going to blow!

Yea i figure it out, i use a 125v 3.15 amp canadian model bit the fuse i gpt is 250v 3.15 amp, it work fine as long as amp is gopd as its bot less vtage than what is needed

I think I've found the fault with some of your consoles: right at the end of this video, Alone In The Dark's text says "The cartridges are wet". I reckon there's your problem!

My panasonic 3do turns on but no video or audio. What can i check to see what is causing it?

Always start with the capacitor on the power supply on these. Measure the voltages provided by it. It might be that you have a CPU or GPU failure, or bad RAM too etc. But power is the most likely cause for these not booting.
