Interestingly (not really) the part number I was looking for ended with 02AP but reliable parts only had F82566F00AP……..and although the part package was labelled as such, the actual part inside the package was embossed with F82566F02AP

Thank you so much, my Panasonic (a free standing model CT-NN) had the same door opening problem. Your video have me the confidence to try a fix then, when I got it open the door lever had broken in exactly the same way, small bit broken off. Two differences: my control panel had a screw I had to removed before I could detach it. Then I had to disconnect one wire wire was so short it kept three panel too close. Thanks again
