My pandan plant is having leave yellowing, it is in moist soil and I repot it to make sure roots are ok, but it still kept falling leaves It is under my west side window, and receives full sun for whole afternoon. Does too much or too little sunlight damage the leaves, or due to other problems?

Thanks for visiting and questioning, How the stem still fresh ? You can cut to propagation for new growing: Step 1 cut stem on the top around 40cm soaking in water for 7 to 10 days in shade place change water every 3 days, Step 2 prepare pot soil mix check pandan new root come out you can grow into pot easily keep in shade place other one week with watering . Note pandan need not full sunlight

Jude Buchanan thanks for watching and comment on my video. If your your pandan yellow from bottom up to the top mean that your drainages at the bottom the pot is stuck, if it yellow the bottom leaf it normal you need harvest the bottom leaves every month.!

Daily Life and Nature thank you so much for responding to my query, the yellowing leaves are usually on the bottom part of the plants. One of them even has a baby plant growing on it, i am so very happy. Shall i take the baby out from the mummy plant, to grow on it’s own or should i wait for it to grow bigger ?

All my pandan plants are in pot, buy yellow leaves from bottom to top and so happen we’re in winter now. Should I repot them with better loose soil plus fertilisers? I just remembered to bring them all back inside the house, however I’m afraid it’s a bit too late and I hope I didn’t kill them. As last winter I killed my very first pandan already. I don’t want to do the same this winter. Your advice is always helpful!
